The luxury villa is located on one of the many water canals of Cape Coral and convinces not only through its attractive design, but rather also its charming style. This combination makes it easy to feel at home. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool bathroom, an open kitchen, living room and dining room. Thus, the house offers enough space for 6 people. Furthermore, the spacious pool terrace has a lot of conveniences, like the unforgettable sunsets while having a nice barbecue. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable sitting corner, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 4 typical sun seats. Should it rain, no problem - the terrace is partially covered.

During your stay you will be taken care of by a nice, very friendly married couple.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The prices are for two people, each additional person is charged with US$ 50.00. Children under 4 years stay free.
    Further costs include 11% Florida Tax on the rental price. This must be paid on arrival to the house manager. Final cleaning 135.00 US$ and electricity costs. (According to consumption - read by the manager on arrival and departure) are to be paid on the day of departure.
    All other costs like water, trash, cable TV, internet access and telephone (regional) are included in the rental price. Upon completion of a rental contract, a deposit of 30% must be paid. Along with a security deposit of 400.00 Euro - this will be paid back to you on your departure. The rest of the rental price is due 6 weeks before arrival.
  • Discounts for long-term rentals
    For example: 'Pay three weeks, stay four'

    If you decide to go on holiday at the last minute and our house is still free, we would be happy to make you a special deal. Just call us or send us an email !!!
