Our villa apartment Optima is a very beautiful holiday apartment in the heart of Cape Coral. We placed value on our timeless and tasteful furnishing. The house has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for four people. In the spacious living room you can relax with our large flat screen TV, or you can enjoy the canal directly by the object and observe the passing boats or catch your dinner. The kitchen is located directly next to the living room, separated with a small, comfortable bar to the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need! The terrace is a dream. From here you can enjoy the sunset every evening. The pool from the complex is only a few meters away and is located directly on the canal as well.

Multiple world-class beaches are located only minutes away by car. -Sanible Island / Captiva and Fort Myers Beach!!! Shopping facilities and restaurants are only minutes away. World-class shopping facilities - like Naples / Bonita are only about 30 minutes away. Disney World in Orlando is about 3 hours away and Busch Gardens / Tampa Bay about 2.5 hours. The Everglades are a MUST and are located about 1.5 hrs away. For everyone who would like to try their luck at the casino - this is also now possible. The Seminole Indians have opened three Hard Rock casinos - Everglades / Fort Lauderdale /Tampa Bay. We offer you a German speaking manager who can help you with questions and problems of all types.

Fishing: Fishers will love it here as well! Whether you would like to just fish in the mangroves (snappers, red fish) or you would like to catch your first grouper on the Gulf of Mexico - you can do that here. Either with a captain or we can give you a boat and you can go alone. Everything is doable.
