Our newly renovated, charming flat with two rooms is situated in the outskirts of Salzburg, submontane the Gaisberg. The comfortable, classy arranged flat has a little sleeping room for two persons. Two further persons may sleep in the living room, a little separated. The commodious kitchen is newly equipped and very well appointed. The bathingroom has a shower, the lavatory is separated. The house is bound in the atmospheric ambiance of an old mill, which partly goes back to the medieval times. Enjoy staying in a lovely, green and quiet place. Only two minutes afar there is the busstation which brings you to downtown in a few minutes. From our location you can also reach the lake area of Salzburg or the Salzkammergut. Parking space available.

our holiday flat is situated in the outskirts of Salzburg with sight to the green hills around. By bus you can get to downtown in a few minutes, the station is only 2 minutes away. Also for trips to the country the flat is very well located. In 30 minutes you can reach the lakes for swimming, thermal springs, skiing areas, etc. Parking space is available. Nearby there is the NEUHAUSER KUNSTMÜHLE, a galery and printing studio. Possibilities for shopping are also nearby. You can connect culture and nature in a wonderful way.
