Casa Chianti! 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom condominium with gulf views. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins. 1 Community pool, 150 yards to beach access, gulf views. Located in Seagrove Beach.

This condominium is a short walk from the beach access and steps from 20 miles of bike trails that connect the many parks, lakes and beaches along scenic 30-A. Casa Chianti was built in 2004 and is 2200 square feet offering three bedrooms on the third floor of the prestigious Villas of Seagrove. Professionally decorated with stunning furniture and art, there is a large dining room table, gas fireplace for the cooler months and a generous balcony offering wide gulf views. The master suite has a king bed and a luxurious bathroom. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds each with their own bathrooms.
