Semi-detached house in El Molinar, in an area which is popular with the local people, being close to Palma and the sea. The house is located 100m from the sea. Nearby there is also a little beach and a enjoyable promenade where you can walk or cycle. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms one en-suite, a room with access to the garden, barbecue, a solarium in the upper part and a big playroom in the lower part also adaptable to sleep in on mattresses if there are more than 6 guests.
