Located on a beautifully landscaped corner lot, “Camellia House" is a wonderful designer-decorated 3 story beach home with travertine and hardwood flooring, plantation shutters, and crown molding --- all the charm and amenities you need to relax and enjoy Old Seagrove. There is a new, private 10x22 Heated POOL with Jetted Swim-out and lighted waterfall surrounded by palm trees and flowering bushes. Pool may be heated by request for a nominal fee. The home is LESS THAN A MINUTE to the beach walkover and beautiful pristine beaches of the Emerald Gulf Coast. The first level has two bedrooms and a full bath (one king w/private back entrance and one with two twins over full futons).
