4 bedroom luxury home located less than a minute from the Seacrest pool, located in Seacrest Beach. Great Location for your relaxing beach getaway.

Blue Point of View! 4 bedroom, 4.5 Bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 sets bunk beds. Community pool, short walk to beach access or take the Seacrest tram for free. Located in Seacrest Beach.

A beautiful Seacrest Beach house in a charming beach community with palm tree lined brick streets and the famous 12,000 square foot waterfalls pool set in a beautiful gardens. Each bedroom has it own bathroom. This three story 2,500 square foot beach home has open living, kitchen and dining rooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom each with its own balcony occupy the 2nd floor. In addition to two other bedrooms and baths on the 3rd floor, there is also a large covered deck with sweeping neighborhood views and horizon gulf views. This home was built in 2005.

Our best family vacation ever!!!!

We spent a week there in June, 2009 with our daughters, their husbands, and 2 young grandsons. The house was spacious, well decorated and well kept. The location was great - the tram service to the beach was a lifesaver. We can't say enough nice things about the house and the area - it was family oriented but there was nothing junky like other beach areas. Seacrest Beach is a beautiful location - the pool is just amazing. We rented bikes and enjoyed the level, scenic routes to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and beyond. We plan to return and hope to rent this house again.
