Blue Heaven! 4 bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms. 2 Community pools, 50 yards to beach , great gulf views. Located in Seagrove Beach. 2400 sq ft.

1st floor:1 Queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 twins, 1 bath and foyer with sitting area

2nd floor:Living/dining/kitchen area, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, sleeper sofa, half bath and patio

3rd Floor:King bedroom with jacuzzi,1 set of bunks, patio

Blue Heaven is a 2 story beach home completed in March of 2006 located in the neighborhood of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach. This home is located 20 yards from the beach with access to a walkway which is extremely convenient for hauling kids, strollers, beach chairs and all other beach essentials. The family room and spacious kitchen is on the second floor with an eating area at the bar as well as the separate dining area. The third floor is an enormous master suite with deck, an oversized shower and whirlpool tub.
