1st floor:Nice front porch. Living area with 27" tv, dvd, sleeper sofa, hardwood floors. Dining area will seat 6 with additional seating at the bar.Kitchen has stainless apliances, granite countertops. Laundry room. Queen bedroom, tv, full bath and a covered patio.
2nd floor:Queen bedroom with 19" tv. Bedroom with 2 twins, 19" tv, dvd. King master bedroom with 25" tv, dvd, bath with jacuzzi, nice patio. Has wifi and outside shower.
"Bernard's Grayton Place" is a new, beautiful beach house located in the Preserves of Grayton Beach. This gated beach neighborhood is surrounded by unspoiled nature preserves with tall pines, oaks, palmettos and natural scrub. The beach access is a private nature trail that will lead you to stunning sand dunes, sugar white beaches, and of course, the beautiful gulf water. “Bernard's Grayton Place" is a very spacious home displaying sophisticated charm with large porches, hardwood floors throughout and attention to detail in every corner. The interior was designed and appointed by a highly acclaimed local designer. The living room, kitchen and dining room are open and roomy and full of upgrades. There is one master suite on the first floor with a queen bed, private back deck and private bathroom complete with double vanity. The master suite is on the second floor with a king bed, large private bathroom with Jacuzzi, and access to a spacious covered deck. There is a queen bedroom that shares a large double vanity bathroom with the twin room. Each room has it's own small private deck. The 4 bedroom beach house will easily accommodate 10 people with sofa bed in living room area. The neighborhood offers private beach access, two pools and tennis courts. It is less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Grayton Beach and only a few miles to Watercolor and Seaside. There are great bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor activities. Pool heated March and April.
