Every room offers frontal seaview and has direct access to the 70m² large terrace. The bright living room offers dining area for 6 people and living area with large sofas and 2 armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with BOSCH-appliances. The spacious master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bath. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds and its own shower room. Further there is a guest WC. The spacious terrace offers outside dining table, sun shade and 3 sunloungers to relax in the sun. The community pool and beach are just steps away. Very quiet location - you hear just the sea! The hole funishings are to a high standard with SAT-TV, DVD-Player, air conditioning system, underfloorheating in bathrooms and underground parking space.   • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.) Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. Prices for winter season (Nov.-March) are based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks)
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable: 1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment. 2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment. 3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment 4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded). This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!
