Catch a refreshing "beach breeze" as you enjoy the beautiful gulf views from any one of the 5 porches at this new beach house in the popular family community of Summer's Edge. The great decor and its fantastic location - just 50 yards from the beach and steps from the large community pool - will make this house a family favorite. Children can enjoy their own bunkroom decorated in a colorful nautical style or enjoy watching videos and playing Nintendo in the downstairs family room. Adults can relax in the privacy of the upstairs living room or escape to the tower with its wet bar to view breathtaking sunsets. Lots of room for everyone in this spaciously designed beach home. Private outdoor shower for your convenience. Enjoy the bike paths bordering the length of Scenic 30A, as you visit the shops and restaurants in nearby Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor.
