We had a lovely holiday at this property in July 2009. It is 5-10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Sitges and ideal for relaxing afternoons around the pool for the children. It was only 15-20 minutes walk to the town centre, with enjoyable evening walks along the promenade to the thriving restaurants of Sitges. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from.
The house was clean when we arrived and the pool was cleaned daily. There was everything you needed in the house and the bedding was fine. The children loved the pool and the diving board, and spent many happy hours playing in the water and making friends with other children.
The location is ideal for train trips to Barcelona, Tarragona (old Roman town) and Port Aventura (Universal Studios theme park) - a must for families or for just a relaxing beach holiday.
We certainly hope to go back with the children.

Whilst the booking of the holiday went very smoothly and and the owner ver friendly the accommodation was less than undewhelming! The 'cleaners' had been a matter of hours before our arrival but the accommodation was grubby, the kitchen cupboards (ironically including the cupboard storing the cleaning materials) were a disgrace and we had to wash the crockery and glasses and 'tidy' up the cupboards generally. There were no instructions for the washing machine, the shower curtains were mildewed and falling down, one shower head was an adequat dribble and the other, over zealous and prone to soaking the whole bathroom if you didn't remember to reposition the head. No chest of drawers in the en-suite bedroom, the wardrobe in the double bedroom was full of unwashed winter blankets and throws which made the wardrobe smell awful and had to be removed. All the wardrobes, cupboard and drawers throughout the house had a strange array of children's toys, bits of wood and carpet, screws, light bulbs, leads but not all necessarily in the same drawers. Pretty random! The double with single bed (attic room) was also a disgrace and should not be advertised as a bedroom but as a playroom. There is limited head room and again no wardrobe or chest of drawers. The bed linen was poor and just didn't feel fresh. We had to buy cleaning liquids, sponges, cloths and tea-towels. We had to hunt high and low for dustbins - there wasn't even a kitchen bin. The fridge had also seen better days and light didn't work. There were not cooking trays or pots for the oven. I am annoyed that we had to pay €90 for cleaning! The garden plants were absolutely starved of water and the back garden was scruffy and unkempt. The location is ok but a long walk to the beach in the heat and on a main road with no official crossing. This road also made it impossible to open the balcony doors to the ensuite because of the constant noise. There was a near fatal car crash right outside the complex. Whilst the house itself was okay and the complex very nice and pretty, the rest was horrible and I will not be recommending this property. It should also be advertised as accommodation for 6 (max). There were nine of us and if it wasn't for the fact that the majority of the teenagers in family are boys and easy going this holiday could have ended up even more of a disaster than it already was. Far too expensive for what it is and a pity that it did not live up to expectations.

Had a great holiday at this complex (beautiful pool) we were a group of friends (not ideal as place is very family oriented and by 10pm enforced quiet descends) however, for families or more reserved groups this is a wonderful home within walking distance of the beaches, town centre, and train station.

Rachel was professional and accommodating at all times during the organisation and actual stay, a few minor problems were quickly resolved.
I would recommend this for a relaxing stay in a buzzing city with much to do!
