Great value!

The location of this property is close enough to town that we never needed to drive our cars (except to buy groceries and water). The walk to the beach took 10-15 minutes and was lovely. We often walked to the beach for the day, then came back to the house, then back out again for dinner. It was very convenient. The house itself is attached, like a condominium, in a large complex of units that all face inward to the communal pool. The grounds were maintained beautifully, and the pool was always clean. There were lots of families there. The property felt safe.
The property definitely can sleep 9 people (that was how big our group was), but it was pretty tight. One room has an in-suite bathroom, which is the nicest room, but all the other guests have to share the common bathroom (unless the lucky couple want people traipsing through their room). There is one extra toilet downstairs that helps.
There is a small european kitchen, which is fine for preparing breakfast and snacks, but inadequate for more than one chef or for preparing a full meal for 9 people. There is definitely adequate kitchen equipment to do simple preparation. Previous guests left some oil, vinegar, spices, pasta, etc. So the cupboards weren't bare, which was nice. Be careful to take out the trash regularly, and don't leave food out, as the ants found their way into the kitchen and were difficult to get rid of.
The property was clean, and appointed with the promised sheets and towels, however the beds weren't made up when we got there. The manager who met us there to go over the particulars and hand off the keys was personable and helpful. The owner even lent a hand when we had trouble with the wireless internet access. The washing machine was difficult to master, and an instruction manual would have been nice. It wasn't feasible to launder towels, just the necessities.
I would definitely go back to this place, but probably with a smaller group. I think I would also recommend looking into a housekeeping service during the stay, especially with kids, as the sand and mud are difficult to keep out.
My fondest memory is the evenings on the front porch. With a view of the lawn and pool area, it was a relaxing place to have a glass of wine and appetizers while the kids burned off their energy in the pool.
