Our exclusiv comfort-apartment in the attic with sea & pool view, offers you an excellent equipment! The spacious apartment is for first time use in summer 2009. It´s complete equipped up to 6 persons and everything is available what you need, that you can feel good in your holiday´s! From the balcony in the attic you can enjoy the wonderful view to the sea. From the main bedroom you can go directly to a separee of the balcony, there you can twosome in quietness in the night observe the stars at the sky of Sunny Beach:) At the balcony you can make yourself comfortable and you can sit at a table with beautiful dishes, cutlery and glasses. In this wonderful atmosphere you can have the best barbeque. At the weather station you can see the temperature, with the digital 32 flatscreen TV you will receive all the usual channels and you have internet connection directly in the apartment.

The touristy and nice small town Sunny Beach is directly at the Black Sea and is well-known for it´s milelongs, wide and white fine sandy beaches. The place offer you various water sports possibilities and many other activities along the beaches. Sunny Beach have a large night life, it´s especially interesting for young people. For childs and families they offers also a lot. It´s possible to go by foot or boot to the peninsula Nesebur. The small city is a world cultural heritage with well-kept ancient houses in a special design of wood and stones. Nesebur has beautiful small lanes and places for abidance and provide you with a interesting excursion. From Sunny Beach you can go by foot or by boot also in the opposite direction to Sveti Vlas with it´s new marina. It´s a very cosy small city. Many visitors from Sunny Beach goes also in the next town to Bourgas (distance 30 KM) for shopping, to have a walk in the city centre, to visit the sea garden beside from the beaches of Bourgas.

The apartment is complete equipped, you not need to take nothing with you. Only with your clothes and high spirits you have all what you need. Our comfort-apartment is a nonsmoker domicile, but it´s allowed to smoke on the balcony. We not want to discriminate somebody, however we want to keep our apartment even in blameless condtions. Therefore pets are not allowed. We thank you for your understanding! Always you can entrance in our home and you will feel good!
