You are renting our home; with exception of the months July and August, we live in the 'Casa La Gamba' ourselves. We have cozily and practically furnished it according to our taste. The American kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range, toaster, etc. Also, a washing machine belongs to the repertoire. You can park your car within the property under the carport. For entertainment, there is a radio/CD stereo and a plasma television(107 cm). In one of the bedrooms there is also a TV with DVD. To the villa belongs a beautiful garden with lovely plants, even bananas. On cozy summer evenings you can enjoy a cold beer on the terrace and have a freshly grilled steak with the sunset. It is only 3 or 8 km to the nearest larger cities of Moraira or Calpe with their countless good restaurants and beach bars. You will have a wonderful holiday. The adventure park 'Terra Mitica' (like Disneyland) is located only 30 km away near Benidorm; the sea park 'Mundomar' charms young and old with its dolphins and other sea animals; in Valencia, the 'city of arts and science' invites you to make a whole-day visit and at night, the casino in Villajojosa is waiting to entertain you. Thus, it will never be boring as you can see. You should also visit the mountain village of 'Guadalest' with its waterreservoir, which supplies most of the Costa Blanca area. A visit to the ' inland ' of the Costa Blanca is highly recommended. Here you can still see a lot of original and kind of ancient things even though the times of the moores are gone. A lot of cities have interesting city centers; in this connection, Calpe has a very romantic old city. Finally, you should also pay a visit to the very typical weekly markets. Especially the one in Jalon has proven to be very interesting, because they are selling a lot of antique stuff of good quality.

Notes: Wardrobe to hang jackets etc.; beautiful plants inside and outside ; for example, a large palm tree( three stams ) and a massive 'Washingtonia' in the middle of a well-kept lawn. Behind the villa you will find cherry, plum, lemon and peach trees. All fruits are available for our guests( please wash before eating ) . The property can be completely closed in with the help of two large gates. Parking options on the property for altogether five cars. Supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors and other facilities useful for life can all be reached within 5 minutes by car. The villa faces south, which means that you will have sun all day, whether you like it or not. Here we are dealing with a cul de sac location, meaning that only people who live there or who have important things to do will drive there. Furthermore the size of the plot is 800sm, which will give you sufficient privacy.

Additional information: Terms of payment: Downpayment: 30% of the total price upon booking through transfer onto the landlord's account. Remaining payment: upon arrival at the villa and key handover in cash, or according to earlier agreement. The final cleaning is € 70 and is also to be paid upon arrival in cash. The security deposit( caution ) of € 300 has to be paid in cash upon arrival, and will be reimburst as a whole, if no serious damage has been caused. INFO 2010!!!!!!!! The 'Casa La Gamba' will most likely be available from 26.06 to 28.08, then, however, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rental price will be € 1000 per week.
