The apartment is located approximately 1km from the heart of Santa Eulalia. There is a private, direct access to the beautiful beach of Niu Blau, which is very quiet and family friendly. It has several beach bars and restaurants, without large hotels and loudy discos. Santa Eulalia is a lively, nice seaside town with about 20,000 inhabitants. Pedestrian promenade and beach invite you to stroll and walking. Santa Eulalia Ibiza has the largest and finest marina of Ibiza with approximately 800 berths, numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The 'Riu de Santa Eulalia' ends at the end of the promenade and flows into the sea and is a popular excursion point. Island tours can be ordered directly from Santa Eulalia by taxi, rental car, bus, bicycle, moped, or even by boat t.
