Notes

  • The mentioned rates are valid for 2 perons. Please add US$ 50,- per additional person and week. Childrens up to six years in age are welcome to stay for free.
    Please add 11% tax (6% FL sales tax and 5% tourist tax). For rentals at Christmas and Easter please add
    a seasonal price incrase of 10%. The minimum rental period is one week, Christmas and Easter 2 weeks. If you book the home for a period of four weeks or more, we offer special monthly rates. Please ask for details. The rent includes the average cost of electric of 5 $ per day, water usage, pool service, lawn service, local telephone calls, cable TV and wireless high speed internet access for your laptop. For additional consumption of electric we will charge 0.12 $ at kWh.
  • - Payment: A deposit of 25% is due and payable immediately after we have confirmed your booking. Please pay the balance no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

    - Security deposit: A security deposit of $400 is due upon arrival and will be collected by the property manager. We will refund the security deposit after your stay.

    - Cleaning: Please pay the fee of $150 for the final cleaning to the property manager when you arrive.

    - Telephone: Local calls are free of charge. Fees for long distance calls will be deducted from your security deposit. For international calls, we recommend using a pre-paid phone card, available at local supermarkets.

    - Check in/check out times: Regular check-inn from 4.00 pm, check-out 11.00. However, we try to accommodate your flight schedule.
  • IN THE CASE THAT THE BEACHES IN THE AREA OF CAPE CORAL WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE OIL SPILL DURING YOUR STAY IN OUR HOUSE WE OFFER A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR ALL COSTS MENTIONED IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT !!

A Lovely Retreat

A very lovely house and setting. Sitting at the back of the house looking at the water and watching fish jump, turtles swimming and ducks coming and going added to the relaxation of our holiday.
Between the owner and the management that we delt with our rental was easy and without any trouble what so ever.
The house is close enough to beaches,shopping and golf to make it fairly easy to access.

A month in paradise !!

Hello Marco

We arrived back yesterday (Thursday) safe and sound although a little jet lagged as you can imagine. We wanted to let you know that we had the most wonderful holiday in your beautiful house.
I don't think we have ever rented a house that was so well equipped. We usually have to buy a number of kitchen utensils to survive the month !! So well done !

The view from the patio was something else we loved the sunsets and the egrets that came in the trees opposite became part of our family as we watched for them at certain times of the day.

We had some great games of golf at lots of different courses and got to go to some lovely beaches. We loved Captiva island and went twice for meals at the "Green Flash" where we all sampled there lovely bang bang prawns.

We will definitely recommend your house to any friends and family and hopefully we can visit again. Next year we have other commitments but let's hope 2013 we may come back.
