The sunny 120 m2 non-smoking holiday apartment on the top floor of the Villa Maria Otis with a panorama view has a complete marble heated flooring with 2 double and 2 single rooms with comfortable equipment and offers ideal conditions for business people, groups or families. The apartment created in 2008 is equipped with all needs to feel comfortable, a modern kitchen with ceramic range, dishwasher, dryer and washer, etc. Sunny covered southwest balcony with individual seats. Internet connection and satellite plasma TV in all rooms. Additionally, you can rent 2 more bedrooms for 2 people, only in connection with the rental of the holiday apartment, these 2 single rooms are in the holiday apartment on the top floor of the villa with the other 2 double rooms. A private parking space and/or garage can be provided free of charge, this holiday apartment has a separate entrance and a staircase, which is only used by the tenants. Own separate intercom opener.

The holiday apartment Villa M.O. offers an ideal accommodation for guests to the Düsseldorf trade fairs (fashion fair Igedo, Medica or the boat trade fair) and the LTU Arena, 10 minute walk to the trade fair grounds or airport. Directly in front of the house you will have a great infrastructure with a good connection to the city of Düsseldorf through trams and bus stops in front of the door that take you directly to the airport or train station.

The good geographic location, Brussels or Amsterdam, 2-3 hour drive, Cologne 30-40 minute drive. Dusseldorf is an attractive metropolis. The many attractions, museums, events + concerts and the well-known shopping options in the Königsallee or simply walk on the Rhine promenade to the old city in Dusseldorf - this is all more than worth a visit. A lot of these nice experiences can be reached comfortably on foot or with public transportation - short paths to the inner city. Shopping facilities for daily needs nearby.

  • The regular rental price of € 80.00 includes a max. booking with 1-2 people in 1 bedroom including bedsheets and towels. Fee for each extra person over 2 people: € 25 per night up to a max. of 6 people.
    The rental price is for the entire apartment with 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms and is € 180 per night. Special requests are gladly accepted, on agreement with the landlord. Your booking is binding for both sides when you have made a payment of 50% of the agreed upon rental price. The remaining amount is due upon arrival. By a cancellation, up to 2 weeks before arrival 25% of the rental price is due and later than 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the rental price as a cancellation fee. On request, we can send you a detailed brochure of the apartment with photos and answer your questions as soon as possible. Please contact us through the 'inquire now' link.

  • For all rentals, there is a final cleaning fee of € 55 bedsheets + towels are included. Electricity, heating, water are included in the price. A crib and a high chair are provided free of charge on request. WLAN internet free of charge. Parking space / garage free of charge.
  • Trade fair week Medica 2010. During this peak season, other rental prices and conditions apply. The rental prices above only apply for the entire time outside of the trade fair times, during all events of the Dusseldorf trade fairs - IBA, Prowein, Tube, Befa, Glasstec, Rehacare, K-trade fair, Medica,
    Compamed, boot, Caravan Salon, etc. Other rental prices apply.

Ideal location for Trade Fairs and Airport

I recently stayed at the apartment with my colleagues. We were exhibiting at the Medica Trade Fair at the nearby Messe centre. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could easily walk to the exhibition hall. The apartment is very clean, modern, stylish and peaceful. Just what we needed. It was well located for both the airport and the city centre, with quality bars and restaurants within easy reach by taxi.

During my stay I mislaid my prescription glasses. Maria went to great lengths to track these down for me. It transpired that I had left them in a taxi. Maria collected them from the taxi company and posted them to me in the UK. What a star!

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, and it's owners. I look forward to staying there again.

Decent stay but small for 6

The accomodation is at the top of a three storey house (loft has been converted it seems) and has modern finishings. The listing is little misleading though because it does NOT having a living room. The sofabed is in one of the bedrooms and not separate. Additionally, parking is on the street so while the listing states that there is parking, it is not exclusive or on the actual property. Having said that, we never had a problem finding parking on the side of the road outside the house.

The dining area and kitchen are rather poky and is a squash to fit 6 people around the dinner table. Apart from that, the double rooms themselves are great with a washing basin in each room along with a tv. The single rooms are quite small and you can fit a chair in, but not much else. They are also equipped with a basin and tv.

The place was clean and everything worked which was great. The area was good with a park nearby and shops relatively close.

I would recommend the place for a group of 4 but no more.

Perfect place for staying in Dusseldorf.

The house is very cosy, stylish, modern and light. Maria and her husband are very hospitable and sincere people!
There are all necessery things in the house, even children-chair and baby-cot.
There is 15 min. with metro to the center. 20 min. by foot or 2 stops with metro to the exhibition-center and stadium. Metro is within 100 m.
15 min by foot and there is a very nice Nordpark with Aquazoo. Supermarket is also 15 min by foot or 1 stop with metro.
If only we visit Dusseldorf one more time, we will certainly stay at this place!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
