We offer you two apartments in a central but quiet location in the middle of the city district Prenzlauer Berg.

We have a 2-room-apartment with 60m² and a 1-room-apartment with 42m².

They are a perfect basis for your visit to Berlin. You will reside in Berlin’s liveliest quarter with a great choice of bars and restaurants. Feel the metropolitan atmosphere residing relaxed in a quiet surrounding without traffic nor disco noise, and enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Enjoy the bars, clubs, restaurants and galleries near 'Kollwitzplatz' - it is only 20 minutes walking distance. But even in five minutes you can get to nice restaurants nearby the apartment in order to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

All types of public transport are available in just five minutes walking distance. You can get to all interesting sights in a couple of minutes. Parking for your car nearby the apartment without any charge.

Vacation i Berlin

We stayed for 4 days in apppartment in Rudolf Schwarz Strasse 15.

It was a perfect base for touring Berlin. Close to Alexander Platz and central Berlin. It was easy to travel with S-bahn, Tram and buses close by.

The appartment had a perfect location - easy to drive to from motorway only 5-10 minutes from motorway.

The apartement is perfect for two people or small families. The appartment was celam and wellmaintained.

The owner Holger Theissen provided good customer service - he took the time to introduce us to the appartment and were asking for specieal requirements during our stay. He also gave us good advise regarding what to see in Berlin and how to get around.

All and all - it was a perfect holiday and if we are going to Berlin again - I will surely think of booking this appartment.

I can recomend this appartement to everyone who want a perfect vacation i Berlin and want relax in a super appartement after hard day discovering Berlin.

We are looking forward to visiting Berlin again and will book this appartment agin :-)

Berlin Visit

I stayed here with my husband and two teenage sons for a few days.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The internet connection was a great help. There is plenty of information on the city available which we found very useful.
The apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with ample parking.
The apartment is excellently located for the local transport system, which we took full use of.
There is a supermarket and fresh bakery within a short stroll.

I would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

This was our first time in Berlin and I can't imagine it could have been made any more pleasant than this experience. The host/owner was there to meet us and showed us everything that this spacious, light and conveniently located apartment had to offer. It was also smartly equipped with relevant maps and information on Berlin. It is worth reiterating that the host/owner was completely obligingly and made us feel more special than just another vacation tennant!

Pleasant time in Berlin

I spent a month in this lovely, modern apartment. It was spacious, bright and very clean. The bed and futon were very comfortable and the internet connection was excellent. Several food stores, the laundry wash center and the bus, tram and
S-bahn lines were within walking distance. I also appreciated the owner's help and thoughtfulness before my arrival and during my stay and look forward to staying in this lovely apartment the next time I visit Berlin!

Great holiday apartment

The apartment is really lovely - light, modern and so close to one of the main bus lines (200) which goes straight to the centre of town, as well as a 10 minute walk from the metro. There are 3 supermarkets very close and the kitchen is very well equiped. We had a great time here and will stay again the next time we`re in Berlin!
