Recently restored country house located between Selva and Caimari in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Built on a 23.000 m2 of land in an amazing, quiet and totally private location. A two storey house of 270 m2, with 3 double bedrooms and one double twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a reading area and a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Around the house there are several furnished terraces, a pretty garden and a private swimming pool with a solarium, which enjoys a beautiful views of the countryside and surrounding mountains. Central heating enables this house to be a comfortable home in the winter months as well.

Car: recommended
The house is situated only 2 minutes by car from the small village of Selva. Here you can find a small supermarket, a baker and other small shops. Here are also some typical Majorcan restaurants and bars nearby. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 30 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida. For a Palma visit we recommend leaving your car in Inca and taking the train to the town. Then you don’t have to worry about parking rules and fees..
