  • Prices are for a stay of 7 nights for two people. For each additional person, a charge of 5€ per person per night will be added. Shorter stays can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us for details. Price includes final cleaning, all utilities and use of the garage. Well-trained dogs are also welcome, for which an additional charge of 3,00€ will be added.
  • Upon request, we will be happy to provide bed linen and towels for your stay for a fee of 10€ /person (complete set of bed linen, 2 hand towels and one bath towel). Kitchen towels and table linen are provided free of charge. We also provide a unique feature for our guests: Additional cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee for the duration of your stay in House Annabella. You are also welcome to take advantage of our fresh morning rolls delivery service. Breakfast for the entire family can be arranged at a local hotel. Please ask us for details.
  • The 'Kur Tax' which we submit to the city of Titisee-Neustadt, is in the amount of 2.00€ / Person / Night (16 years and older); Children 0.40€ / Night (6 - 16 Jahre).

Marianne was very helpful during the booking process and the house was everything we had hoped for. It was well furnished, homely and very spacious. We knew Titisee and really enjoyed 'living' there rather than relying on hotels and restaurants. We will certainly return there in 2010.

Im Haus Annabella haben wir uns Anfang Aeptember 2009 sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche ,das neue Bad sowie das gesamte mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus trugen wesentlich zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei.Auch bei weniger schönem Wetter kann man es hier sehr gut aushalten.Für unseren Hund war der Garten zum austoben ideal.
Owner's Response: Das neue Bad ist wirklich schön geworden, modern und bequem für unsere Gäste. In der komplett ausgestatteten Küche können Sie wie zu Hause kochen.

Die ruhige Wohnlage bietet entspannte Urlaubstage, und doch sind Sie in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen in der Ortsmitte oder am See. Mehrere Wanderwege und Loipen führen fast am Haus vorbei - von hier aus können Sie grenzenlos den Hochschwarzwald erkunden.

Für Hunde ist die Lage auch ideal - der morgendliche Spaziergang ist herrlich im gegenüberliegenden Wald.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen,
alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber, wunderbar eingerichtet.
Für einen erholsamen Urlaub genau das richtige.
Wenn wir nochmal im Schwarzwald Urlaub machen - dann immer wieder gerne im Haus Annabella in Titisee!!!
