Villa in a peaceful location, self-caterer, pure nature and sea, 1.5 km from the French border (Menton) and only 9 km from Monte Carlo. Spacious 2 room apartment with large living room 2-6 (possible 7) sleeping spaces: elegant, peaceful, select and 'unique'. Aurora in the bedroom, afterglow in the garden or the pool. New furniture. Animals are not desired. Apartment can be reached through a small ramp and it is ideal for wheelchairs. The famous Hanbury Garden is located at the end of the hill. It is a 20 minute drive to the Grand Prix. At the end of the Flower Riviera where the French Riviera begins. Ideal for couples, photographs and painters. Nothing against singles or 'bakers' who are also welcome.

Embedded in a small forest and 80 m above sea level in the center of the Bay of Latte and only 1 km from the famous Hanbury Garden and from the French border, our villa is as rare as a wild rose, because of the beauty of the interior and exterior areas, like the breathtaking panorama that is offered to our guests. At the end of the flower riviera, only a stone's throw from the noble Bordighera or the famous San Remo. A half stone's throw from the French Riviera, which opens up in front of the door (in Menton). Monte Carlo is 9 km away! And from the garden you can see the Corsica’s mountains on early January days. Ideal for enthusiastic bikers. Simple...unique!

Sehr ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer.Gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung.Liebevolle und zuvorkommende Betreuung. Die steile Anfahrt zum Objekt sollte allerdings im Angebot erwähnt werden, für mutige Autofahrer jedoch kein Problem! Wir werden uns gerne an unseren Urlaub in Latte erinnern!

Luxusdomizil ???

Wir waren im Juli 2009 in dieser Villa zu Gast. Lage und Panorama-Blick sind wirklich toll. Die Ruhe, die man hier genießen kann, sollte durch nichts gestört werden. Darauf legt man großen Wert (Zitat des Vermieters/in) Auch nicht durch die Autobahn, die in unmittelbarer Nähe oberhalb des Hauses vorbeiführt.
Leider in der Hausbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.
Da wir schon mehrmals in Ferienhäusern-wohnungen zu Gast waren,
haben wir recht gestaunt über die einfache Einrichtung,die wir vorfanden, da es doch als Luxusdomizil angepriesen wird. Keine GWM, ebenfalls fehlte der aufgeführte Satelliten-Kabelempfang für den TV sowie der Service beim Wäschewechsel, den man doch erwarten dürfte, wenn man ihn schon extra bezahlt.
