Situated overlooking the intra coastal waterway at Lemon Bay in South Venice a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Key West style home. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach at Manasota. The home is fully air conditioned and has a swimming pool. A fantastic location with plenty of places to eat and fishing, boating and water sports all within easy reach. Six golf courses within 30 minutes drive giving you plenty of choice.

Lemon Bay is a paradise for anglers but do remember you licence.... Numerous golf courses within 15 to 30 minutes drive - you will be spoilt for choice. Many places to eat including Sharkey's on the Pier and The Crow's Nest to enjoy the sunset over the Gulf. Many well known restaurants with 10 minutes drive including The Outback, Bob Evans, Applebee's, Chilli's

Accommodation on the first floor consists of formal entrance hall with dining table, TV area with TV and CD player. Lounge with TV/DVD overlooking intercostal water way. Kitchen with breakfast area and table seating six. Utility room fully equipped. Balcony on first floor level with table and chairs and stairs down to swimming pool. Double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing bathroom with shower. Second floor has master bedroom with en suite and twin room with adjoining bathroom. Balcony from master bedroom overlooking water with patio furniture. All bedrooms have their own TV's Swimming pool on ground floor with deck area and ample patio furniture including sun lounger’s. BBQ. PLEASE NOTE: This home is not suitable for small children due to the open balustrade on the stairs and landing.

I stayed at this beautiful house last year with my daughter, grandchildren and brother. We had the most amazing time. The house is within walking distance of the ocean, and the lovely white sands.The view from the top bedroom is stunning.
Everything that you need is provided, the washing machine broke whilst we were there but just a quick phone call to the agents and the repair man was on the doorstep.
We had some great BBQ's on the terrace, shame our BBQ's do not give the same wonderful flavour.
In the garage there are some bikes that you can use, I haven't been on a bike in years so had some great fun.
The area is so peaceful, surrounded by trees and the only noise that can be heard is the motor boats going up and down the river.
Would I come here again? You bet!
