Cozy holiday home on a southern slope from Vence; personally furnished with literature, guides, original images, carpet; kitchen fully equipped, washing machine in the bathroom, living room furniture, a double cabinet bed, a single cabinet bed, beds can be unfolded with a finger; folding dining table, book case; elevator, ideal for wheelchairs, own parking space, sea view from balcony; good health air (Clinic for asthma diseases nearby); perfect for seniors' 'wintering' ; mild climate during the winter; special price from November to April & for long term renting, central heating; interesting year round with the cultural city of Nice; excursions to Monaco, Italy, Grasse (perfume city) or with the ferry to Corsica. Romantic path (10 min) to the old city of Vence; good shopping facilities. Bus to the airport and to Nice in front of the house (30 minute ride).

On the Southern slope of Vence, medieval city: 'Vence combines the size of a historical city and the lively charm of a sunny Mediterranean city'. Mornings on a romantic path in 10 minutes to the historical old city, there enjoy a Café au lait with a croissant on the market square, with a view of the church from the 12th century and the lively small market. After this, go shopping - everything you need - to enjoy or look in one of the countless galleries for art objects. Do you want to visit the famous chapel of Matisse, to hike to the Maeght estate or to visit one of the countless exhibitions in the area? Or do you prefer sea and go swimming, wind surfing, sunbathing... You can go on a mountain hike right from the house up to the Mediterranean Alps. Beaches, Antibes, Cagnes, Nice 30 min. Close to St. Paul de Vence, Maeght estate (beautiful hike); countless museums, art studios.
