Dream villa of approx. 300m² for 7 persons with 4 bedrooms 'excellent' panorama with sea view'. This villa is built in the Ibizan Finca Style, dominate the landscape. The famous sunsets and the incomparable peace, make this villa unique. A Mediterranean garden as well as pine forest surround the villa and a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall. The beaches are located approx. 10 min, Ibiza city is at 15 km distance. The living room-kitchen area is surrounded with big light-flowing windows. The kitchen is fitted out with a refrigerator, a cooker, Microwave as well as a Dishwasher. Next to it there is a small children's room with a bathroom and a big bedroom and a big bathroom with shower. The rooms on first floor have accesses to the big balcony. Also here there´s a bathroom with shower and a bath. Central heating, fire-place etc. Pets are on inquiry allowed. A wonderful place for holidays all year round. Lovely place for lovely people.

Mountain panorama with sea view, incredible sunsets. View of the biggest island mountain, Sa Talaia. And views to the small original village of Sant Agustì with an excellent restaurant and the oldest art gallery of the island, also a white and original church. Views to the island of Conejera, beaches Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Port des Torrent, Pinet playa etc. and all the country view with surrounded hills covered by pine trees. Also a great view of Sant Antoni´s harbor that at night you can view the light’s sea of the second biggest town of the Island (10mins on car from the house), where you can find amusement park for children and adults, also night live with the most famous discothèques of the world and the famous cafe del mar. Shops, boutiques, Hippy Market, a sea promenade of three kilometers, trips to the beaches by boats, sea sports and much more.

  • One bedroom has direct exit to the Terasse and pool. Two bedrooms have direct exit to a beautiful balcony with place for seating and hammock and sunbathing place with breathtaking view. The bedrooms have big inserted cupboards. Some of the rooms have satelite television, table desk etc. Towels and bed clothes are available in the house and weekly is changed. Very clean and tidy. Twice a week and during about three hours we will clean the villa.
