Villa Anna in a floor area of 200 sqm, is built in 3 levels in a private property of 2.500 sqm full of pine trees and flowers. The villa is located inside the housing estate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki teaching staff in a 300.000 sq² pinewood forest with total respect to environmental rules securely guarded day and night. The nearby beaches (Aphroditi, Fava, Karidi) have the clearest and most aquamarine waters of the Mediterranean. The area is very quietly located and is ideal for families with children and those, who are looking for restful and relaxing vacation. The villa is within easy walking distance from the Vourvourou village. The main part of the villa is a wide all-open space consisting of a living-room, dining-room, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and two verandas, one in the front (sea view) and one in the back (garden view).

In the nearby area of Vourvourou you will find supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, coffee shops, bars, beach bars, car rental agencies, popular art stores, daily Greek and foreign press, medical centre, pharmacies, post office and ATM's.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices are per week providing accommodation for 7 people. Each further person will be charged with 100 euros per week.
    Pets are welcome with an extra charge of 20 euros per day.
    Additional cleaning services available upon request.
    Surcharge: Cleaning service on departure 100 euros.
    Terms of payment: 30% pre-payment after receipt of rental contracts, for reservations by payment to our account. Remaining payment 70% upon arrival.
    Damage deposit of 300 euros - returned upon satisfactory inspection of the villa within 15 days from departure.

We have a young family (two boys) and recently have decided against staying in hotels as there is just too much work involved and it becomes difficult to enjoy the stay.

So we opted for a villa in Greece in late September - Matilda's villa was perfect for that choice. We felt like it was our own home and were very comfortable from arrival where Matilda met us in Vourvourou to show us the way.

The location was beautifully quiet and peaceful at that time of the year and the little beach nearby (there are several) felt like our own personal beach! Even though it was late in the season most restaurants were still working in the nearby village - the few times that we decided to walk in that is, as most times we simply cooked dinner at home and relaxed with the boys.

While we didn't have any other friends staying with us during our stay the villa is well set up for another two couples with the downstairs room being very self contained; the kitchen is large and has everything that you need to enjoy dinner on the front balcony (or the back one that looks onto the garden).

All in all we couldn't have been happier with our first try at staying in a home/villa situation and would thoroughly recommend this location.
