High, shady trees and several covered terraces and a wonderful swimming pool give a special atmosphere to this holiday villa. Ideally for families with children. Also the dog has a big outlet. Who wants to be sportsactive, has his own private tennis court. Behind the house there are good walking trails and suitable for bicycling. The property is placed on a ground of appr. 2500 sqm, and is surrounded by orange plantations. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The wonderful Old Town of Valencia is only 15 km away. The closest town is Betera which has a city railroad station where every half an hour trains go to Valencia. Betera has lots of restaurants, cafés, banks and supermarkets. Also the mountains and the beach is only 10 min. drive away. Here you have a holiday home where everything is placed near you; the nature, the mountains, the sandy beaches, the airport and the vivid city life of Valencia.
