This freshly furnished, one bedroom apartment is in a newly renovated building. Everything is brand new. All you will need to complete your stay are some personal items. It is on the second floor of a three-story building and the balcony overlooks the pool and courtyard. The building and landscaping are decorated beautifully in a Key West-style.

The location is so convenient you may not want to rent an auto. It is less than two miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach and walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard, where you will find the finest dining and shopping anywhere in Florida. It is close to everything Downtown Fort Lauderdale has to offer including; Pier 66, marinas, Seaport, Convention Center, Riverwalk, as well as the Arts and Entertainment.
