Enjoy an idyllic apartment with a lot of style, in the best location of the city. The apartment is located on the second floor of an old Viennese house, whose owners were relatives of the famous Viennese Art Nouveau sculptor Richard Luksch. Two large portraits of Empress Elisabeth and Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria made by him are hung in the staircase. The location is excellent at all points: best shopping facilities, a large mall among others and in a few meter radius, restaurants & cafes just on the doorstep. A city bike station, where you can rent bikes by the hour is 200 m away. In a radius of 2.5 km you can easily reach on foot the large Vienna museums, the Prater, St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Carinthia street.

The 60m² apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished, with an assortment of antique and designer pieces of furniture. It has been recently redecorated and is suitable for 1 to 4 people.

The location is excellent at all points: best shopping facilities, among others a large mall and in a few meter radius, restaurants & cafes just on the doorstep. A city bike station, where you can rent bikes by the hour is 200 m away.
