Traumhaft

Der erste Eindruck aus dem Internet wurde vor Ort um ein vielfaches übertroffen. Das sehr gepflegte Äußere des Hauses und die Gartenanlage waren schon sehr einladend. Das innere des Hauses vermittelte uns beim Eintritt das Gefühl "wir sind zu Hause!" Die stilvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung der Wohnbereiche machen das Haus zu einer Wohlfühloase. In der modernen Küche in der Nichts fehlt machte es trotz Urlaub Spaß, die in den naheglegenen Supermärkten gekauften "Leckereien" zuzubereiten.
Die gemütllichen Schlafzimmer und die strahlenden, geräumigen Badezimmer rundeten das Ganze noch ab.
Nicht zu vergessen ist die schöne Poolanlage mit Terrasse (und jetzt auch mit Grill !!). Besonders genossen haben wir, dass die komplette Pool- u. Terrasenanlage mit Insektennetzen umbaut ist. Somit konnte man die Zeit im Pool, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse usw., ohne lästige Mücken oder Fliegen genießen.
Das Haus bietet darüber hinaus einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten.
Karibisches Flair erlebt man auf dem nahegelegenen, mit Mangroven überzogenen Pine Island. Hier gibt es auch die Möglichkeit Boote zu mieten.
Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die schönen Strände von Fort Myres Beach. Hier wird Wassersport (Jetski, Banana etc.) angeboten oder aber die ruhigen, endlosen Strände die zum Baden und Relaxen einladen.
Ein Muß sind die Traumstrände von Sanibel und Captiva.
Die Vorzeigeorte Marco Island mit seinen tollen Fischrestaurants und Old Naples lohnen in jedem Fall einen Abstecher, um nur einige zu nennen.
Desweiteren ist jede Meile die man sich verfährt (-: eine Entdeckungsreise!
Für uns steht jedenfalls fest, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!!!!

Grandios !! Kommen gerne wieder !!

Einfach nur traumhaft. Es passte natürlich alles, Wetter, traumhafter Strand und ein super Haus mit großem Pool. Die Kinder ( 7 und 11 J.) und wir (2 Erw.) hatten viel Spass. Empfehlen können wir außerdem Sanibal Iland, traumhafter Strand, wir sahen sogar Delphine.
Zum Haus können wir nur sagen, das alles da ist was man zu einem tollen Urlaub braucht. Wir mußten auf nichts verzichten und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Sogar einen Internet- Anschluß inkl. PC gibt es im Haus. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einige Tagestouren, z.B.in die Everglades. Man konnte auch prima Radtouren machen, z.B. zum Jachthafen von Cape Coral ( kleine Bars, Restaurant und Shops). Lebensmittel kann man sich gut und günstig in einem der naheliegenden Supermärkte kaufen. Das Haus ist so groß das wir gerne das nächste Mal mit Freunden kommen, denn es ist auch ideal für 2 Familien. Nicht zu vergessen waren für uns auch die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge Abends am Pool vergessen.
Das einzige was fehlte war ein Grill, der aber wohl bis zum nächsten Mal angeschaft worden sein soll.
Was wir leider nicht geschaft haben war eine eigene Bootstour, die wird dann auch nachgeholt.
