The front line beach penthouse La Perla de Marakech 3 is a real oasis where you can relax and chill-out. It´s very difficult to describe the feeling having the sea to your feet! You can listen to the waves. The apartment has been furnished to a unique Moorish style. Choosen colours, fabrics, antiques and pictures create an ambience like in an Arabic fairy story. In the large living room there is a lounge area with fireplace; from here you have direct access to the main large roofed terrace. This provides unforgettable views over the Mediterranean and is completely furnished with lounge area and an outside dining area. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms (with under floor heating) and kitchen. Steps in the living room are leading to the upper floor with the master bedroom and the spacious roof terrace with 4 sun loungers and second dining table. From here you enjoy panoramic views over the sea. There are 4 community pools (2 heated) and a beachbar for perfect holidays.

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahia.   • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 49,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

Notes: All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling, under floor heating in all bathrooms and a separate covered balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. The property has 2 floors with the master bedroom on top with the roof terrace. In each apartment you will further find washing machine and tumble dryer. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the opportunity to use four swimming pools in total, two of this pools are heated. Beside of each of the pools are several sun beds. The nearest beach bar offering a wide range of beverages and food is in walking distance.

This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Dies ist bereits unsere 2. Anmietung bei dem Vermieter, das vorherige App. war zu dem jetzigen Zeitpunkt bereits belegt. Wir haben die Zeit in dieser luxuriösen Penthousewohnung sehr genossen. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein.

In diesem Appartement hat man das Gefühl zuhause zu wohnen. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Der Urlaub beginnt bereits beim Frühstück. Dieses Penthouse bietet alles, was man für einen ruhigen, schönen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wenn es abends mal etwas kühler wird (passiert schon mal im März) kann man die Heizung einschalten und in wenigen Minuten ist es gemütlich warm.
Super toll ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man ungestört Sonnenbaden kann. Im Hochsommer vielleicht zu heiß, da kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist (ein Schattenspender) könnte hier helfen), der Balkon in der unteren Ebene bietet dafür immer genügend Schatten. Die Anlage die sehr gepflegt, der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und es blüht immer was. Die Pools sind sauber und einer ist in den kühlen Jahreszeiten beheizt. Die Liegestühle am Pool sind ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt.
Der Nachbarort Sabinellas, ist ein gemütlicher Ort und es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Bedanken möchten wir uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bei unserem sehr hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und professionellen Vermieter. Die Abwicklung war wie immer perfekt, die Tipps und Empfehlungen hilfreich und gut. Bei unserer Ankunft an einem Sonntagvormittag haben wir eine riesige Flasche Wasser vorgefunden, eine tollen, frisch gefüllten Obstkorb,
Butter, Wurst u. Käse sowie eine sehr gute Flasche Wein. An der Tankstelle gegenüber kann man immer frisches Brot kaufen, also alles perfekt für den 1. Abend. Vielen Dank.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
