Our uniqe retreat is perfectly positioned in a quiet residental area with friendly and obliging neigbors. Located in the desirable southwest of Cape Coral; one of the finest holiday locations in Florida. The house is situated in the middle of a culdesac, far enough away from the main streets so there is no traffic noise, yet close enough to convienently access local stores and beaches. Our home has an own boat dock and a motor boat (rental opportunity) provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the popular islands Sanibel and Captiva. The bridge to beautiful Pine Island is only seven miles from the house. Cape Coral Beach and the harbor are a short ten minute drive. Several nice restaurants and supermarkets are also just a short drive from the property. There are three golf couses located only 5 to 10 miles from the villa: Palmetto Pine Country Club and Golf Course, Royal Tee Country Club and Coral Oaks Golf Course. Sun Splash Waterpark is only 8 miles from the house

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Price includes pool service, lawn service, A/C, water, linen and towels.
    All prices in addition 11 % tax ( 6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax) for rental of two persons.
    Each additional person 100 $ per week.
    Children under 12 years are free.
    Prices include electricity up to 35 $ per week (additional use will be settled with the deposit with US $ 0,12 KW/h).
    Final cleaning fee 130 $.
    The security deposit is 500 $.

    At Christmas and Easter the minimum rental period is two weeks.

    We only require a 20 % down payment. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Wonderful House/Pool for Relaxing

We had a wonderful week at this home. Nice location, close to all shopping & services. Only 10 minutes to Cape Coral Beach. It is much smaller than Ft. Meyers Beach, but uncrowded and very clean. The patio/pool area was beautiful, and where we spent most of our time. We also rented a boat for 2 days and cruised around Sanibel and Captiva--both great if you are looking to be away from crowds on beautiful sandy beaches. House is exactly as it appears in the photos and immaculately clean.

We spent a lovely, relaxing month in this villa. The house was welcoming and comfortable, and convenient to grocery and drug stores, beaches and tourist sites in the area. The lanai and pool were especially inviting. Eating breakfast by the pool and listening to doves coo was a wonderful way to start a February day. We'd love to go back another year.
