Notes

• Price includes pool service, lawn service, A/C, water, linen and towels.
  All prices in addition 11 % tax ( 6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax) for rental of two persons.
  Each additional person 100 $ per week.
  Children under 12 years are free.
  Prices include electricity up to 35 $ per week (additional use will be settled with the deposit with US $ 0,12 KW/h).
  Final cleaning fee 130 $.
  The security deposit is 500 $.
  
  At Christmas and Easter the minimum rental period is two weeks.
  
  We only require a 20 % down payment. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

  Captiva, North Captiva, Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Gasparilla Island, Lovers Key and many more tropical destinations.
  The house is equipped with a cooling/heating system.
