Villa Paradise is situated in the popular and quite south west region of Cape Coral just besides an extended nature reserve located at the sea. Our home has an own boat dock and a motor boat (renal opportunity) provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the popular islands Sanibel and Captiva. The large and heated pool is exposed to the south. Four royal palm trees provide shadow in summer time. Our home has a large kitchen. The three bedrooms offer perfect and deep sleep for adults and children. The large master bathroom is also suitable for handicapped persons. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath. In the covered pool area there is dinner opportunity for six persons. Enjoy the warm and beautiful Florida nights with a tasteful dinner meal. Villa Paradise is surrounded by other luxurious homes and provides you the flair of the Caribbean. Cape Coral was built about 40 years ago by two land speculators who believed that the property's location on the Gulf Coast provided abundant sunshine and almost endless opportunities for waterfront living. The Rosen brothers purchased the property, platted the community and created more than 400 miles of canals. At 114 square miles, Cape Coral is the second largest city in the state of Florida. With today more than 150,000 residents, Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing areas in Florida. The city features thousands of waterfront residential properties on canals, many of them with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and Charlotte Harbor. One of the most attractive features in Cape Coral and South West Florida is its terrific year-round weather. The area averages 335 days of bright sunshine each year (the other 30 days are just moderate sunshine). While the summers are very warm and humid and rainy, the winters in Cape Coral are absolutely beautiful.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Price includes pool service, lawn service, A/C, water, linen and towels.
    All prices in addition 11 % tax ( 6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax) for rental of two persons.
    Each additional person 100 $ per week.
    Children under 12 years are free.
    Prices include electricity up to 35 $ per week (additional use will be settled with the deposit with US $ 0,12 KW/h).
    Final cleaning fee 130 $.
    The security deposit is 500 $.

    At Christmas and Easter the minimum rental period is two weeks and the rental fee is increased by 10 %.

    We only require a 20 % down payment. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We stayed here when we visited Cape Coral in summer ‘09 for 10 days. The villa is situated within a very nice neighborhood. The pool and boat dock are both exposed to the south and have great natural lighting. The appliances are all updated and the TV is a flatscreen with cable. The free telephone saved us plenty of minutes on our cell phones. We didn’t have time to rent a boat this time but definitely will next time, since the canal provides direct access to the Gulf. Also, there are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. We liked Houlihan’s a lot.
