This is a very comfortable, 5 year old villa in a mature attractive area, which is well landscaped with attractive open areas yet only a short drive to lovely beaches and golf courses. The villa is adjacent to the community swimming pool and has a large solarium with wonderful views.The village of Pinar de Campoverde has all the amenities you will require - supermarkets, shops, banks, excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There are local shops, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The Spanish town of Pilar de la Horadada, the beaches of the Mar Menor and wildlife area at San Pedro del Pinatar are all just a short drive away. Pinar de Campoverde is also noted for the Rio Seco nature area and walks. The new Lo Romero golf course is only a few minutes drive away.

This newly built villa is located in Pinar de Campoverde, which in the South of Alicante province near to the towns of Pilar de la Horadada and San Pedro del Pinatar. The villa is only 10 minutes drive to the beaches at Torre de la Horadada and El Mojon and close to the Mar Menor and the lovely beach resorts of Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Rivera and Los Alcazares. It is within easy reach of the historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Orihuela. There are a number of golf courses within easy reach including Lo Romero, which is only a few minutes drive. The village of Pinar de Campoverde has a wide range of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and is adjacent to the Rio Seco nature reserve. It also has an impressive multi-sport area including a large open air swimming pool.

There are a number of golf courses within 15-30 minutes drive at Roda, Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca La Torre, La Tercia, Sierra Golf and Mar Menor Golf resort. La Manga and Mosa Trajectum Golf resorts are about 40 minutes drive.
