Holiday house Son Cotoner is located on a quiet street, on the outskirts of the city of Ariany. The vast garden area with pool lies behind the house and is thus sheltered. Thanks to its total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this holiday oasis can sleep up to 8 people. The house, newly constructed with quality materials, features a spacious, modern and completely equipped kitchen, with dining corner and large storage room, a living room with comfortable sofas by the fireplace and open plan dining corner, with access to the terrace. The large covered terrace is located behind the house, with view over the garden with the 8x4 m large pool and always provides a small umbrageous place to linger even in summer. A stereo system, DVD player and German satellite TV complete the furnishing. From the house you will enjoy the connection to the village (supermarket in the same street) but still with the feeling of a holiday in the country. It is only 15 minutes to the sea.

One of the still original Majorcan villages, which seems to be almost sleeping and lies away from the usual tourist routes but offering a good starting point for every possible adventure. The village itself contains shopping facilities such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, and a few bars and cafeterias.The numerous asphaltic country paths around the village invite you to extensive walks or bicycle tours. It is just a 15 minute drive to Manacor, Majorca's second largest city, with various shopping facilities, as well as to the fantastic beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Playa de Muro in Northern Majorca, in Alcudia bay.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben gerade supertolle Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht! Schöner Pool, große Terasse, es ist alles ganz neu und sehr gepflegt, geräumig und groß - ideal für zwei Familien wie wir!
Willi, der Vermieter, ist prima, sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Die Nachbarn von gegenüber, also die Hähne, haben wir auch kennengelernt. Es war zu köstlich, wie sie sich frühmorgens um 4 Uhr mal eben miteinander "unterhalten" haben...aber dann war wieder Ruhe und wir konnten alle noch problemlos weiterschlafen...also überhaupt kein Problem.
Ariany hat uns auch gefallen, abends auf dem Dorfplatz bei der Fiesta, die gefeiert wurde, haben wir das wirklich echte (fast tourifreie) Mallorca kennengelernt. Ansonsten wohnt man sehr zentral und kann mit dem Auto recht gut alles erreichen und viele Ausflüge machen.
Also kurzum, wir empfehlen dieses Haus wärmstens weiter!

Immer wieder Ariany!

Hallo Urlaubssuchende,
ich war mit Mann und vier Kindern (11-14 J) für eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus in Ariany und kann nur sagen: es ist seinen Preis wert! Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit und auch der Buchungsservice klappte wirklich gut. Allerdings ist das Haus eher für Frühaufsteher da im gegenüberliegenden Garten 5 Hähne wohnen. Man kann aber auch morgens die Fenster schliessen und noch etwas weiter schlummern. Ohne Auto geht nix, da Ariany eher ein verschlafener Ort ist. Dafür ist man schnell am Meer und in den Bergen. Mit Auto geht ja eh alles schnell auf Mallorca. Die Insel ist ja nicht so groß. Ich habe das Haus bereits an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Traumhaus

Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Ferienhaus Son Cotoner zu Gast. Es war ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus ist auch mit zwei Familien absolut ausreichend. Man kommt sich nicht in die Quere und hat genügend Platz. Das Haus und der Garten sind traumhaft schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet und die Räume waren bei unserer Ankunft top sauber. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf würde ich Ohrenstöpsel empfehlen, da die Nachbarn zur Katagorie "Hühner" gehören und bereits früh krähen. Meine Tochter hatte sich bereits am zweiten Morgen daran gewöhnt.....
Trotz Hühner kann ich dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen !!!!!!!!!!!!

Erholung PUR in Ariany

Mit großen Erwartungen fuhren wir mit unseren 3 Kindern nach Ariany.
Schon die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort verlief reibungslos.
In Ariany wurden wir von dem Vermieter mit Obst, Wein und Mineralwasser empfangen.
Es ist ein absolutes Traumhaus. Sehr sauber, mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet, mit tollem Pool und einem Wäschetrockner, der in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben war.
Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett, sprach sehr gut Deutsch und gab uns den einen oder anderen guten Tip.
Wir können dieses tolle Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden sehr gerne noch mal wiederkommen.
