The uniqueness of the finca is the combination of an authentic holiday residence and beautiful nature. The holiday apartment with a wonderful pool is particularly ideal for those who want to get closer to the charm of Ibiza in a relaxing way and would like to enjoy the relaxing way of life on an old winery. The finca is located on a mountain slope in the Morna Valley by Sant Carles in one of the most picturesque landscapes in Ibiza. On the patios of the surrounding fields with the typical red earth you can experience the beautiful nature of Ibiza close up. The interior and the equipment are sophisticated, but discrete and support the true harmony of the house. The region offers a lot of activities that can be reached in 10-15 minutes: flea-hippie markets, top beaches for families and individuals (Aguas Blancas, Benirras). Bars and culinary options and evening events in the region are secret tips for Ibiza. Very relaxed shopping facilities in Santa Eulalia.

SAN CARLES is a small, but very famous village north of Santa Eulalia. It became famous as a hippie village in the 60s and 70s. The bar Anita is a meeting spot for Spanish, dropouts and holiday goers during the day and evenings. The bar LAS DALIAS, about 1 km from San Carles, is where you will find the most original hippie market. Every Saturday from 10:00 - 18:00. Evening events: for example, the Namaste with a fire performance and chill-out music round off the program. SANTA EULARIA, the third largest city on the island, offers a beach that is safe for children - it is surrounded by a very beautiful promenade. The quality of the restaurants in and around Santa Eulalia is excellent. Different galleries, the elegant marinas, one of the best restaurants on the island, exclusive shops and a very international mixture of guests and year-round residents and locals give the city its comfortable flair.

Wie einfach es war, in diesem Haus entspannte und schöne Tage zu verleben! Die treffende Beschreibung und der nette Kontakt zur Vermieterin ließen uns bereits ahnen, was uns erwarten würde.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, die Küche auch für anspruchsvollere Köche gut ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über sehr viele verschiedene Plätze zum Verweilen, wovon jeder einen eigenen Reiz ausübt. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum Spielen.
Da das Haus in Grundzügen in seiner Ursprünglichkeit belassen wurde und sehr einfühlsam restauriert wurde, gewährt es einen guten Einblick in die Art und Weise des ursprünglichen ländlichen Lebens.
Allerdings würden wir es für Personen, die in ihrer Bewegungsfähigkeit eingeschränkt sind, aus diesem Grund nicht unbedingt empfehlen.
Wir danken auf diesem Wege nochmals für wundervolle Ferien und würden auch gerne wiederkommen!
