Our exclusive villa is located at the edge of Cape Coral, the Venice of America. You will find more than 400 miles of waterways in the Florida sun. Our new villa is a PARADISE for golfers. It is located directly near a 27 hole golf course! Only a 5 minute drive away is the small romantic island of 'Pine Island'. From here you can take a boat or canoe through countless small islands or also to the famous Sanibel Island.
