To the main train station in Freiburg, it is 7 km, street car stop 200 m away, here is this 90 m2 holiday apartment directly on the edge of the forest in a 16 family house in the 1st floor (5 steps). The holiday apartment is equipped with 7 beds and a cot. Bathroom and WC are not separate. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Internet connection possible for a minimal fee. A small playground is behind the house. Great family getaway

We spent several days here and had a wonderful time. The apartment was large and clean, very peaceful location, and the location along the tram line made it easy to reach from the main train station. There were also grocery stores and bakeries in easy walking distance.

If you have kids, just watch out for the quiet time in the apartments' playground -- it's noon to 3pm, not posted, and we got yelled at by the locals our first day.

The owners were very nice, and even let us check in early since nobody had stayed the night before. We'd definitely recommend this to friends.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach Perfekt, Bäcker Supermarkt, Tankstelle...alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Trotzdem eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, alles ist sehr professionell Organisiert.Wir sind sehr froh dieses gute Angebot für den Zeitraum von 3 Monaten gefunden zu haben.

We traveled there for a family reunion with our large family. We also had an older relative with us. For her it was easy, because it is on the first floor.
She only had a few steps to go up. We loved the complete furnished kitchen which was very important for us. Grocery stores and banks are close by.
It is close to a Strassenbahn stop. We highly recommend staying there.
