Spacious 4 room apartment with sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people

The apartment has about 90 square meters of living space with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It is located on the 3rd floor in a 8 unit apartment building. The spacious living room seats a large group of people or family. The apartment has 7 beds with two additional cots. All 3 bedrooms have lots of storage and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, toaster, microwave, etc. Internet connection via w-lan is available upon request.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful family neighborhood, with a small lake for swimming and a playground for kids near by. Lots of trees and greenery invite for strolls or biking in the area. Within walking distance is a shopping center with restaurants, grocery stores, banks, cafes, doctor offices and a discount store.

To the heart of the historic city of Freiburg is about 7 km drive by car. A trolley stop is approx. 400 meters from the apartment. From there you can reach the main train station in 11 minutes and the center of Freiburg in 12 minutes.

Great family getaway

We spent several days here and had a wonderful time. The apartment was large and clean, very peaceful location, and the location along the tram line made it easy to reach from the main train station. There were also grocery stores and bakeries in easy walking distance.

If you have kids, just watch out for the quiet time in the apartments' playground -- it's noon to 3pm, not posted, and we got yelled at by the locals our first day.

The owners were very nice, and even let us check in early since nobody had stayed the night before. We'd definitely recommend this to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
