Historical, rare terracotta village house The house was stylishly restored with original materials and enchants with its unforgettable charm. On the ground floor you will find a small salon that connects to the dining room with an open fireplace. Then you can go further into a modern, completely equipped kitchen. Through a small patio you can get to the double bedroom with a shower/bath. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A secluded patio leads to the studio/bedroom. A beautiful sun terrace rounds off the offer.

Piles is a Spanish village near the coast; embedded between orange groves and one of the most beautiful and longest beaches on the Spanish coast. Shopping facilities nearby: Consum, Lidl, Aldi, Eroski, Mercadona. On foot you can reach the bakery, fish handler, butcher and different bars and restaurants. 100m away you will find the Centro de Salud (doctor). 2km away in Oliva you can visit the Spanish weekly market on Fridays and go on a lot of visits to the historical old city. 5 to 12km away you will find the Oliva Nova and La Sella golf courses. Excursions and hikes into the mountainous backcountry with stunning views are highly recommended. You have the option of visiting the amusement parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia in Benidorm (about 45km). Denia is about 25km away and offers a lot of touristic activities with a fishing/ferry harbour (Ibiza and Majorca).

Alles war so wie hier beschrieben,
das Haus mitten im Dorf hat wirklich Flair und ist voll ausgestattet.

Unser Aufenthalt im August 2009 war sehr schön,
die Klimanlagen im Erdgeschoss, im Schlafzimmer und im Studio rettete
uns bei meist 35°-38° Aussentemperatur das Leben !
Auch die Dachterrasse mit einem riesen Sonnenschirm war toll.

Meer und Strand waren sehr gut,
nicht so voll, und ab ca. 14 Uhr bis 17 Uhr ist man fast alleine wegen Siesta !

Ein Ausflug nach Valencia mit dem Zug (klimatisiert) ab Gandia hat voll Spass gemacht (kostet ein paar Euro). Wir sprechen leider kein Spanisch,
also, mit Händen und Füßen Tickets besorgt und dann stundenlang zu Fuß und mit dem Bus (klimatisiert) durch Valencia.

Wem es auf Dauer zu ruhig in Piles wird, findet in Gandia oder Denia
gute Unterhaltung und emsiges Treiben.

FAZIT:
Super Urlaub, Auto Pflicht, Klima Pflicht !
