The Villa Favorita is located in southwest Florida on a fantastic lake, close to (8 minutes) the Gulf of Mexico and the various magnificent beaches. The villa is close to shopping and fine restaurants. The newly build Villa is equipped with everything you need for a gorgeous, sunny and relaxing stay. The villa offers space for 2-6 people. Equipped with three friendly and quiet bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bright, open kitchen and a modern cozy living room. The approximately 150 square feet of living space is all air conditioned. There is a double garage and laundry. It is approximately 90 yards to the clubhouse with a heated swimming pool and lake view. The clubhouse is equipped with flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor seating areas, kitchen and summer kitchen with BBQ. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful villa.

The Villa Favorita is ideally located for all your holiday wishes. Do you like swimming? This is possible in our pool or along the Gulf of Mexico. Within 5-8 miles you will find our fabulous beaches: Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, Boca Grande, Palm island, with a total length of approximately 60 miles of white sandy beach. These invite to sunbathing or you can simply relax. Do you like sports? It is only 0.2 miles from the nearest golf course and a few minutes to 20 additional championship courses (no handicap required). The Englewood Oyster Creek Regional Park is a huge park with Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, basketball, skate park, football, and nature trails for hiking. Don’t forget the children. Walt Disney, Sea World, Universal, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are only 2 hours away in Orlando. The native Americans are in the Everglades, 100 miles south.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are for a maximum of 6 persons. This includes all costs. The house deposit is € 200 - which after your departure will be refunded. The cleaning costs of $100 – must be paid directly to the German/English speaking person in charge. The contact address and telephone number will be sent to you with the contract. Additional information about the rent: Please note that our prices are final! No hidden costs. The prices are inclusive pool service, gardening, air conditioning, water, bed linen and towels and a German / English speaking care on site, included is also the current. Also included are 12% of the State of Florida tax (5% County / State 7%) and tax.
  • The Easter week the rent is €650.- Thanksgiving week is €550.- The rent for Christmas and New Year is this time per week €700.-
    The villa must be left on the day of departure at 10:00 clock The calculation is done after booking weeks and possibly separate days. Immediately after the stay the Villa will be cleaned. Cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. are not included in the scope of cleaning. When the kitchen is not properly cleaned by the tenant, the tenant will be separate charged (at least $ 50.- The tenant pays the cleaning costs of $ 100.-. upon the arrival of the rental period. Pets are not allowed! No smoking in the house.
  • Arrival and departure: The lease will begin from Saturday (arrival) until next Saturday (departure day). Other days by arrangement. Check out time is 10:00 AM. The calculation is done after booking weeks and possibly separate days. Extra days are always at the end of the stay. Regardless of the length of stay of tenants filed a deposit of € 200.-. The deposit is held for the possibility of any damage of the villa. Furthermore, for eventually telephone charges ,tax, etc. The billing of the deposit made by the landlord after any invoices will follow about 6 to 8 weeks after ending of the stay.

Notes: For we use our villa as a family with 2 children ourselves, the house has excellent facilities. The villa has an indescribable charm. The living room has a flat TV with DVD player and an open kitchen. The morning brunch or the evening BBQ can you enjoy in the covered terrace or in the pool area of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is equipped with flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor seating areas, kitchen and summer kitchen with BBQ. The pool is large and ideal for swimming and to play. A separate barbecue area with dining table by the water invites you to stay a while. You will love and appreciate the Villa Favorita.

Unsere Ferien in der sehr gepflegte, sehr saubere und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa Favorita war grossartig. Es liegt an einer der letzten touristisch unberührten Küstenlinie Floridas. "This is how Florida used to be"
Die Betreuung vor Ort war fantastisch, wir wurden am vereinbarten Treffpunkt zur Schlüsselübergabe und Klärung der Details abgeholt, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben.
Die genannte Ausstattung ist vollständig vorhanden und es fehlte auch in der Küche an nichts. Sogar Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm waren vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt, Apotheke und Restaurants finden sich in der Nähe und sind in 2 Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Das saubere und gepflegte Clubhouse mit Pool ist in zwei Min. Fussweg zu erreichen.
Die Fahrt zum Strand mit dem Auto dauert ca.10 min. Der Strand von Englewood Beach ist sehr sauber, weitläufig und einfach traumhaft, Eine Dusche und Toilette sind direkt am Strand. Keine nervenden Strandverkäufer. Öfters sieht man sogar Delphine schwimmen. Es hat genügend Parkplätze. Die Mieter bekommen einen Pass für gratis parkieren. Das Wasser ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und warm (31°-34°C). Die andere Stränden in der Nähe sind alle wunderschön.
Wir haben verschiedene Tagesausflüge nach Orlando gemacht. In gut zwei Stunden ist man in Seaworld oder Magic Kingdom (Disneyworld).
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und die Vermieterin ist bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Familien mit Kindern als auch Paare sehr geeignet, die einen unbesorgten Urlaub verbringen möchten. Empfehlenswert als Zielflughafen ist aufgrund der nur 50 min. Autofahrt Fort Myers. Die anderen Flughafen in Tampa, Orlando oder Miami sind ebenfalls eine Alternative. Die Wohnung selbst als auch die ruhige Lage sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
