This holiday home was newly created and has very high quality furnishing. The apartment has a very large patio or balcony with a stunning view of the bay of Marvastica and the islands Solta and Brac. Swimming platforms by the beach, which is about 60 m away, provide for an easy access to the water and offer enough space to lie down. 60 m from our house you will find a small pebble beach with a beach bar, a few minutes walk away you will find more pebble bays. Shopping facilities are located about 80 m from the holiday home. Nearby you will find a German-speaking diving school. Tennis courts, a jet ski and motorbike rental place are located about 1.5 km away. Different sport options are offered there, for example, tennis, sail boats and paddle boats, surf board rental, wake boarding and parasailing. The center of the UNESCO city Trogir is about 4.5 km away.
