You place value on relaxation and privacy, but you don't want to be far away from everything? Then you are perfect here! An oasis of tranquility in the middle of a pine forest, however, only a 5 minute drive from Santa Eulalia and 10 minutes from Ibiza. A house in a country style (construction 2004) that offers a lot of comfort. Tastefully furnished and decorated, completely equipped kitchen, wine refrigerator, etc. The 3,000 m2 property is enclosed and there is an electric entrance gate and a car port. The garden offers a lot of chill out spots, a pond and privacy. The large pool is the ideal place for sun bathing with good music (music system at the pool) and an ice-cold drink. The poolhouse offers a complete out door kitchen and diner. We are waiting for you.

Golf: The golf course of Ibiza is located only 10 minutes by car from the house. There are 27 holes on the course. Green fee players are welcome. It is a demanding course, a challenge for every golfer. Since there are not many members and no hotel, the course is not often visited and you do not need to reserve tee off times. The golfers of Ibiza are privileged in this regard and call it 'millionaires golf', because you never have to wait.

Beautiful beaches, city center of Santa Eulalia, old city of Ibiza, pine forest, night life, restaurants, everything is just a stone's throw away.

There are some neighbours but they property is very private with beautiful garden and a large pool and poolhouse. Almost no cars passing by the property. Only a short track road of 200 meters. A Restaurant in walking distance and also a small suermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables from the island. Nearest beaches are in Santa Eulalia or Benirrás, Aguas Blancas.

Notes

  • A safety deposit of 500 Euros is usual, which will be paid back at departure if no important things are damaged. The price includes final cleaning, bed sheets, towels, electricity, water and pool service. In case of a longer stay, there is also a change of towels and bed sheets after one week included. Please note that the villa will only be rented from Saturday to Saturday except in May and October there can be exceptions

  • The villa is ideal for two families who want to travel together and share the house, as it has 2 master bedrooms and all the rooms are pretty equal. In the main house you have 2 rooms with bathroom en suite and 2 rooms to share one bathroom. In the guesthouse you have a bedroom with 3 beds a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The villa is modern although the tipical Ibiza style of construction with a tower has been respected. The large windows make it a very friendly house. The garden is just beautiful and offers a lot of space. The large pool is ideal for little children also, as the entrance is laguna style. The kitchen next to the pool is also a big plus, as it avoids to have to go back to the house each time you fancy a drink or a snack.

Notes: For wine fans, there is a special wine cooler fridge in the house. Comfortable also to bring in the shopping as you can drive right in front of the entrance. Animals can be allowed but need to be announced.

Amazing Casa Jacaranda

My wife and I stayed at the house for 7 nights. It was as comfortable as can be, great location, central to most of the island, secure with electric gate, wonderful. Would recommend it for anyone. Everything worked right and it was like home. 20 minutes to Ibiza town, beaches, restaurants in Eulalia, Ibiza, Gertrudis, airport, everywhere. Can't wait to visit again.

Great week spent in a lovely villa

I have just spent a week in this lovely Villa with my Husband and his 3 friends. The villa is situated about 15 mins drive from Santa Eulalia up a dirt track....We had car, which is a must but we also got a taxi to the villa which was easy enough even though the villa has no address...this wasn't a problem. Bam buddha Grove which is a Famous Thai Restaurant in Ibiza is situated just down the road. The villa itself had everything we could need. The Kitchen was well stocked with utensil, washing machine and dishwasher etc. The pool area is a heat spot with lots of seating. There is two very large double bed rooms and two smaller double rooms. 3 of the bed rooms have on suites. We had a problem with the hot water on our 2nd day but with one phone call to Mona (the lady who checks you in and out of the villa) this was sorted within the day. Mona is very friendly and gave great advice on where to go in Ibiza. The pool man also visited twice whilst we were there to clean our pool. The villa was very clean on arrival and we had ample supply of towels, sheet etc. We had friends who stayed in a villa closer to Santa Eul and they had major problems with mosquitoes...We had no such problems only peace and quiet with no bugs...A very lovely Villa for a get away from it all holiday. Highly recommended. Oh great communication from the owner via email, answered all my question the same day. Thanks
