In the middle of the Lübeck inner city in one of the historic alleys, here you will find this protected romantic house. It was completely equipped with modern technology and renovated in 2008. The house is distinguished through its very peaceful location. The garden is lovely planted. Here you can read the works of Thomas Mann and see the Aegidien church. The surrounding area is well-kept and consists of houses with architectural styles from multiple eras. The two-story house is a part of a closed group of houses in an idyllic complex with old trees built in a courtyard like area. The entire building was completely restored under the management of a renowned Lübeck architect. On the ground floor you will find a white eat-in kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances. On the 1st floor you will find the living-bedroom, in the 2nd floor the bedroom. 2 more accommodations for children in the attic (through steep stairs).

Parking: Herderzentrum park house: Arrival from the south through Mühlenstraße and Königsstraße to the Aegidienstraße to the left, then turn right into the park house arrival. Opening times Monday to Sunday 7 AM - 10:00 PM (exit always possible). Parking fees: daily ticket: € 7.50, park fee reimbursement in the old city. Free parking on Sundays. Holiday park house: You have the possibility to park your car safely in the park house on Falkenstraße during your stay in Lübeck. Call at least one week before arrival under the number: 0451-79888-25. Costs: € 20 per week. Monday - Saturday 7 AM to 9 PM, closed on Sundays and holidays. Further parking spaces: Around the historical old city you will find parking spaces available. The unique ambiance of the city is preserved thanks to the lack of traffic. The nearest possibility for the daily ticket of 5 Euro can be purchased at Kanalstraße (5-10 minute path, old-city East).

Swimming - sailing: It is not far to go swimming on the beach. The train takes 20 minutes to the beach promenade in Travemünde, or you can take your bicycle and in a few minutes you are at the Wakenitz.

Travemünde with its yacht club is not far away, there is a stunning sailing region on the Ratzeburger See. 100 m away you will find the crane pond, a historical swimming resort. Golf: A lot of golf courses are nearby, including in Timmendorf.

Arrival - restaurants - shopping: The old city does not have much traffic. You can shortly unload your luggage, however, you have to park your car either in the park house (Herderzentrum) or in front of the old city. 5-10 minutes by foot. (one person should stay by the car)

A few steps from the apartment you will find beautiful restaurants (for example, Mira) and small shops. You can buy bread at the kiosk in the Wahmstraße. The bio-market Landwege is located on Kanalstraße (next to Aldi). The historical churches, the museums and also the music school, the theatre, etc. can be reached quickly. The night guards make their rounds during the evening, just join them and get to know Lübeck by night.

Es fehlte an nichts und man konnte den Urlaub richtig genießen. Die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Bei gutem Wetter ist eine Fahrt an die Ostsee (Travemünde) empfehlenswert!

Wunderbares Urlaubszuhause

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in diesem zentral und ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht und fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Die Räume sind hell und ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Hier würde man sich auch an Regentagen wohlfühlen. Da uns der Wettergott aber wohlgesonnen war, konnten wir auch den kleinen sonnigen Hof nutzen, der von der Küche aus zu erreichen ist.
Vermieterin und Verwalter sind sehr freundlich.
Wir haben das Ferienhaus bereits an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Eine Oase in der Stadt

Als gebürtige Lübeckerin wollte ich ein paar Tage in die Heimat, aber bitte nicht bei der Verwandtschaft übernachten...zu meiner großen Freude habe ich beim Stöbern im Netz dieses Haus gefunden!!!
Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde ich von der Frau des Hausmeisters freundlich begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt..da war es geschehen, ich war sofort in dieses wunderschönes Ganghäuschen verliebt...von der Ausstattung des Hauses gibt es ja nicht viele Bilder..clever gemacht...man steht drin und ist einfach nur angetan von der schlichten aber sehr stilvollen Einrichtung.
Es ist wirklich so, wie beschrieben.!!! Wenn dann auch noch die Glocken der Lübecker Kirchen läuten, ist man zu Hause angekommen..

Ideal für Lübeckliebhaber

Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Okt. 2009 hier. Das Haus besteht aus 3 übereinander liegenden Räumen. Unten Küche/Essen, Mitte Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV, Schreibtisch und oben Schlafzimmer. Oben ist auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche, unten im Eingangsbereich gibt es ein WC. Unten schließt noch ein Funktionsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner an. Im Prinzip gibt es ganz oben noch einen Dachboden mit Matrazen, dieser ist jedoch sehr klein und der Zugang ist nur über eine gefährliche Stiege möglich. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, praktisch und geschmackvoll, nie überladen. Eine schöne Mischung aus Baudenkmal und edlem Lifestyle. Die Lage ist ideal. Der Gang von der Wahm- zur Aegidienstraße bietet ein fast ländliches Ensemble nordischer Fachwerkhäuser mit viel Ruhe und 100 Meter weiter, auf der Wahmstraße befindet man sich ganz zenral auf der Lübecker Altstadtinsel und ist in 3 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone mit allen Geschäften, in 5 Minuten am Rathaus. Bushaltestelle Königstraße in 3 Minuten, Kohlmarkt in 4 Minuten. Ausschlaggebend für unsere optimale Bewertung ist die Lage und das so angenehme und ruhige wohnen, die schöne Ausstattung und tolle Atmosphäre des Hauses. Die Mietabwicklung mit dem Vermieter war unproblematisch und freundlich; in Lübeck gab es einen sehr angenehmen Hausbetreuer. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Betten bzw. Schlafcouch sind wirklich gut, die Küche ist toll. 2 funktionstüchtige und aufgepumpte Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Ein ganz kleiner abgetrennter Garten kann im Sommer sicher zum grillen genutzt werden (oder ganzjährig zum rauchen). Wirklich Empfehlenswert. Mehr als 4 Personen jedoch nur bei Nutzung des Dachbodens. Wir sind über den Flughafen angereist, auch das würden wir wieder machen, war easy.

Liebevoll restauriertes typisches Lübecker Fachwerkhaus mit Komplettausstattung, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. 4+2 Personen finden reichlich Platz und Komfort. Gut geeignet für Urlauber ohne Auto, die die reizvolle Lübecker Altstadt mit ihren reichlichen Kulturangeboten intensiv erkunden wollen.
Autofahrer müssen berücksichtigen, dass es in der Innenstadt außer teuren Parkhäusern nur Anwohnerparkplätze gibt. Leider gelten Feriengäste nicht als Anwohner und können kostenlos nur außerhalb der Altstadt parken (ca.10 min. Fußweg).

Visit the well-known emblem of Lübeck: the Holstentor or enjoy the view over the Trave from one of the many bridges. Go on an excursion to Travemünde and after a 20 min. drive you can enjoy the beaches. Children love the Karl-May plays in Segeberg.

Golf: Well-known golf courses in Timmendorf can be reached quickly.

A large high-quality sofa bed 160x200 is available on the 1st floor in the living room, here 2 adults can comfortably sleep, on the same level you will also find a single bed (Ikea), for example, for a child. In the living room you will find a large cabinet and desk for guests who like to read. A few books about Lübeck are available. Very comfortable as a couple, but also for families. The kitchen is equipped with modern furniture from Poggenpohl, including a dishwasher. The ground floor has very comfortable heated flooring, on the upper floor you will find a large living room with 9 windows with pine floors and visible wood beam ceilings. Here you will find the pull-out, high-quality sofa, which folds out into a double bed with a width of 1.60 m. On the top floor you will find a light living room with slight angles, 2 gables and 2 dormer windows with pine floors and visible wood beam ceilings. The shower bath is equipped with white wall and floor tiles. The historic old city house is equipped with modern technology. Heated flooring and natural construction materials provide for a comfortable climate.
