The peacefully located apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. From the hallway where you will find place for your clothes, you can get into the spacious hall. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Also the bathroom with shower and wc. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. The living room is large and cosy and in addition to a dining corner, it offers a sofa with a sleep function.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

With your car, which you can park in the courtyard, you can reach the city centre in about 5 minutes. Possibilities

to shop on foot nearby as well.

Stunning mountain panorama on the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze the highest mountain in Germany

(2962m). Very peaceful location by the 'Loisach“ river directly from the apartment into the hiking region.

Nice, large playground with lake nearby.

Perfect mountain bike tours, hiking paths and climbing areas, slopes and trails.

Other attractions: Partnachklamm, King Ludwig castles, large Olympic jumps, churches and

museums,

Events: New Year's jumping, FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, Richard Stauß Festival, BMW Motorcycle Meeting, Garmisch and Partenkirchner festival week (beer tent).

Other Activities: Climbing garden, Nordic walking

Ski: Free service for winter sports, the 'Zugspitze-App”.
