Unique beachapartment to let! The property is located on the first floor in quiet location with amazing seaviews. The spacious living room offers lounge area with leather sofas, comfortable dining area to seat up to 6 people and open planed kitchen. From everywhere you can see the open sea. The master bedroom is also very spacious and has a large bath and several built-in wardrobes. From master bedroom and living room you have direct access to the enormous, partly covered terrace with 100m². Here you will find garden table and several sunloungers to relax in the sun. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. The property is very bright is very very quiet. From your terrace you overlook not only the beach and sea, but also the pool area. The property offers A/C-system, ADSL-internet access and satellite TV. The community offers spacious community gardens with pool area direct at the beach and a private tennis court.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. Prices for winter season (Nov.-March) are based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks)
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. Wir haben einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in der Anlage Bermuda Beach verbracht. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig und bietet direkten Meerzugang. Ein Pool und ein Kinderplanschbecken gibt es auch. Ein toller Sandstrand ist nur wenige Autominuten in Estepona inkl. Spielplatz für Kinder. Die Terasse ist grandios, der Blick geht rechts bis Gibraltar runter und man kann bei gutem Wetter im Hintergrund Afrika erkennen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc. und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein Gewürzregal und allerlei Nützliches war auch vorhanden. Das Eltern-Schlafzimmer ist herrlich groß und hat direkten Zugang zur Terasse. Das Kinderz ist ebenfalls ruhig und bietet eigene Dusche und WC. Im Hauptbad gibt es eine Badewanne und WC und ein Fenster. Es ist genug Schrank und Stauraum vorhanden, um das Reiseeqippment unterzubringen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch viele Fußgängerbrücken, die über die vierspurige
Straße hinter der Anlage geleiten, dass war aber für unsere Familie etwas umständlich und so nahmen wir den Mietwagen. Von der Straße hört man in der Anlage nichts. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und die Abwicklung proffessionell. Vor Ort gibt es eine Mietagentur, die die Betreuung übernimmt und bei Bedarf ansprechbar ist. Unser Urlaub dort war super!Alles in allem können wir die Anlage und den Vermieter guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Gute Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern 2 Wochen in dieser sympathischen Wohnung Urlaub gemacht. Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man selbst mal auf der riesigen Terasse ausspannen moechte, aber gleichzeitig die Kinder am Pool oder Strand im Auge behalten sollte.
Ansonsten ist alles sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.
Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig zum einkaufen und für evtl. Ausflüge nach Gibralta, Marbella, etc..
Zu Fuss sind 2 Restaurants gut zu erreichen.

Die Betreuung durch die Besitzerfamilie war sehr vorbildlich, so sind z.B. 2 defekte Sonnenliegen gleich am Folgetag ausgetauscht worden.
Zudem Bestand auch immer ein sehr netter Kontakt zu der Familie.
Die Anlage ist ruhig, bei uns Anfang Oktober nur zu Hälfte (positiv aufgerundet) belegt gewesen. Den Pool hatten wir zumeist allein, was die Kinder anfangs toll fanden.

Das Meer ist sauber und hat klares Wasser.
Der Strand ist aus Sand und Kies.
Die Beschreibung und die Fotos sind voll zutreffend.
Wir würden wieder hinfahren!

Erholsamer Urlaub in gepflegter Umgebung

Unseren Sommerurlaub haben wir in diesem Jahr mit unseren beiden Kindern (12 und 14 Jahre) in dieser wunderschönen Anlage verbracht. Die vorher vom Vermieter erhaltenen Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Umgebung waren genauso zutreffend und hilfreich wie die Angaben im Internet. Die Ausstattung der sauberen Ferienwohnung war großzügig, so dass es uns an Nichts fehlte. So nutzten wir mehrfach den riesigen Balkon für ausgedehnte Grillabende, an denen wir auch den herrlichen Blick über das Meer bis nach Gibraltar und Afrika genießen konnten.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß, während das zweite Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad etwas klein geraten sind.
Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet.
Das Swimming Pool wurde ständig von unseren Kindern genutzt. Es waren während unseres Aufenthaltes immer genügend Schattenplätze und Liegen vorhanden.
Der Preis für dieses Appartement ist zwar recht hoch, dafür erhält man jedoch eine gepflegte und großzügig ausgestattete Unterkunft, in der man sich richtig erholen kann.
Ein Auto ist hier unbedingt notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca. 2 Km Entfernung. Den Flughafen in Malaga erreicht man in ca. einer Stunde. Die Benutzung der Autobahn ist gebührenpflichtig (ca. 10 €).
Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.
