Photos and Description of the Porto Colom vacation rental

This house is really very nice, with great views over the gulf and the sea, is very quiet, and it is a beautiful house to enjoy all year around. It has 2 nice double bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms and a toilet, the living room is very nice, the TV is in German, English and Spanish, has a very nice terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the meals outside, has also a little garden with four sunbeds. Just two minutes away is the nice fishertown of Portocolom. The house has also music and dishwasher. All our friends that had been there enjoyed their stay, the pool is never crowded, they describe it as an oasis, in the middle of the grass, the pool is 900 m² with a very nice view over the sea. Also there is a big part of the pool only for the children. We have a golf car to go to the pool, but the pool, is only 2 minutes walking. We would love that you would enjoy our house, we rent it according to the Spanish law 24/ 1999 from arrendamientos urbanos, we can rent it for months or weeks.

Portocolom is a really nice fishing port, with a lot of charm and with very nice restaurants and very nice and still with the spur of the old fishing ports like years ago. It is one of the most beautiful towns of Mallorca, and it is near the exclusive golf course Vall d'Or, it has very nice beaches of white sand and crystal water.

Restaurants: It is surrounded for a very big variety of nice restaurants, fish restaurants, tapas, Italians, Thais, etc, all the town in the surrounding have very nice restaurants.

Golf: It is next to the golf Vall d'Or, one of the most exclusive golf courses of the island, we can also provide a golf pro.
