The home consists of: Formal Sitting Room; Games Room with professional Pool Table; Family Room with Flatscreen TV, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD Stereo System and Surround Sound; Fully Equipped Kitchen; Breakfast Nook; Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer.

The bedroom configuration is: King Master Suite with Jacuzzi Tub; 2 Queen Bedrooms; Twin Bedroom; all with Cable TV/DVD.

There is a Swimming Pool & Spa, large extended deck, overlooking a beautiful Conservation Area and facing west, guests can enjoy sunshine all day and excellent views of the stunning Florida sunsets.
