Hampton Lakes, is a prestigious new community with a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and a children’s play area. It is situated on US highway 27 with Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away and near to many championship golf courses, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n Wild and the famous shopping areas of International Drive and Florida Mall are a 30 minute drive away and beaches such as Clearwater on the Golf coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast are approximately one hour’s drive away

Notes

  • Christmas & New Year weeks, price £550 per week. Reduced rates for low occupancy and late bookings. Prices include 13% Florida Sales Tax. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking (balance payable 10 weeks before departure). Cancellation of a booking less than 10 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of the booking. It is advisable to have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident or illness. Pool heat at £85 ($150) per week is an optional extra (recommended between October and April) and should be requested at time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 ($200) is required. This is to be held as security against inventory damages, excess cleaning costs etc. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after a satisfactory inspection by the management company.

Most Beautiful House In Florida

Our trip consisted of two families with a total four adults and five children. It was the perfect size for us, the perfect location to many attractions and extremely clean. Our two families had such a wonderful time that we would highly recommend this villa to all family, friends and co-workers. My daughter said because there were five boys she was so happy that she had a room and full bathroom to herself. I would say because the house was such a wonderful place and so conveinent to so many places to shop and activities it was why our vacation was so wonderful. All the people involved in making our vacation an execllent one were very helpful and very kind especially the owners George & Frances. Thanks again for making our vacation a very memorable one.

Loved Rose Villa!

Loved Rose Villa! Unfortunately we only stayed for one week, but we left wanting more. The property exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, well decorated and we felt like we were at home from the first moment we stepped inside. Our day trips included Disney, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and a Tampa Bay/Toronto Maple Leaf hockey game, so the central location worked out well for us.
It was nice to come back to the villa's enclosed pool after a long day of touring. George and Francis are a pleasure to deal with and We will definitely stay here again (for a longer stay next time)! By the way, if you like a good pizza, there is an excellent pizza place directly across from the Hampton Lakes entrance.
We will definitely recommend Rose Villa to our family and friends.

Great Time

We stayed at this resort the week of July 23-30, 2011. The resort was clean, friendly and comfortable. It was wonderful having our own pool to relax in after a day in the sun. I have told my family and friends about this resort and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks George & Frances for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa!

Hampton Lakes is our favourite estate and this villa ticks all the right boxes. The pictures on this site are exactly how the villa looks, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Pool is superbly situated so the sun is on it all day long.
Beds are very comfy as are both reclining settees, ideal for crashing out after a hard day at the parks.
Both the owners and the Management company are a pleasure to deal with and were always very timely in their responses. Indeed a storm blew some of the fuses in the bedrooms and the manageress of the Management Company came around herself to sort out the problem within the timescales agreed.
Tennis Courts are a five minute walk away and racquets are provided by the owners.
TVs are in every room with basic cable so there are places to go if you want a bit of privacy if in a large group.
Overall would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and would not hesitate to go back in the future

A Wonderful Holiday

Our family of 10 spent two weeks at this beautiful villa from 21st May 2011. The ages ranged from 64 to 8 months and everyone of us had a most wonderful time. Everything you need is provided and the villa is clean and spotless. I would have no reservations in recommending anyone to stay here.
