For fishers, the water canal is very popular and thus, our wood patio on the river is ideal for all fishers. For those who are athletic, there is a kayak for 2 people and 2 bikes that can be used free of charge. The heated pool has a length of 12 m, thus, ideal for those who enjoy swimming. Those who love the sun can find a spot by the pool or the famous wood dock with a light breeze and enjoy the sun. You will forget everyday stress and be able to relax with the unbelievable silence.
Do you want to be more active? Diving, swimming, sailing, horseback riding, surfing, water skiing, paragliding, tennis, golf and golf again! More than 40 parks and lakes invite you to have a picnic and relax.
In Matlache, Pineland Marina and 4 Winds Marina in Bookelia you can rent boats and ponton boats on a daily basis. Those who prefer to be driven can enjoy daily organized boat tours to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key and Boca Grande.

Simple arrival from Germany / rental car::
Simple arrival! Flights from Germany (LTU/Air Berlin from Dusseldorf and Munich, Condor from Frankfurt) 8-9 hours non-stop, ideal to Ft. Myers (only a 30 minute drive to the house). Rental car directly from the airport!!! In Fort Myers an airport shuttle is no longer necessary! Alternative arrival: flight to Miami (about 2.5 hour drive to the house) or Orlando (3:20 hour drive to the house). We recommend booking a rental car while you are in Germany, for example, to ADAC, online under www.mietwagen-in-florida.de or in the travel bureau. In order to get a rental car - even if it was booked in Germany - a credit card is required.
Ski:
Information for boaters: you have the option of a separate boat rental (minimum age 21 years). A boat license is not required in Florida! With a motorboat, your holiday will be perfect. Ask us. Motorboats (18 to 28 feet) can be reserved and rented by us. If needed, we recommend a reservation. Rental prices per week from $ 750 to $ 1,700 plus instruction ($ 125), final cleaning ($ 25) and security deposit ($ 500). During the holidays like Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, the landlord reserves the right to charge a fee. All of the prices named are to be understood plus 6% Florida tax (sales tax). The security deposit is to be paid to our manager upon arrival.
