The Villa is located in a perfect location right along a lake with a direct connection to the Gulf of Mexico. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, LCD TVs, Sound System, and Wi-Fi (Free). The Villa Endless Summer has a 100 square meter pool area. You will be amazed by the pool and spa (both electronically heated and the pool is also on a solar heat system). A private boat lift is also available and you can rent a boat if you choose to. There are also two bicycles in the garage for your convinience. Cape Coral - was founded around 40 years ago by the so called Rose Brothers. They thought that the location of Cape Coral which is directly on the Gulf Coast and gets plenty of sun year-round would be great to establish waterfront property. The Rose Brothers bought the land and dug out more than 400 miles of canals. With over 292 square kilometers, Cape Coral is the second largest city in Florida. With over 150,000 people Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in Florida. The city has thousands of waterfront properties with many of them directly excessable to the Gulf of Mexico or Charlotte Harbor. One of the biggest trademarks of Cape Coral and Southwest Florida is the sun which shines year round. The area has 335 days of sunshine per year which is more than almost any area in the United States. The summer is very hot with a high humidity while the winter is just perfect. Recreation posibilities: Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Tennis, etc.

  • The rate is for a party of 2. Each additional person is $16.00 per night. Kids up to the age of 12 stay free. Electricity allowance is $35.00 per week overage will be charged with $0.12/KWH. The final cleaning fee is $150.00, the security deposit to be paid cash to the house manager is $500.00. There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks for X-mas and Easter and a surcharge of 10%. + 11 % Tax
    Included in the rent is: Local home management, lawnkeeper, pool service, cable TV and Internet (bring your own device). Rental boats are available upon request. Included in the rent is linnen, towels, beach towels, local phone calls, high speed internet access with WLAN, pool and lawn service. Children up to 12 years stay free.
