Wellness and relax. Our comfortably and completely furnished holiday apartment is located in an exposed, peaceful city location only 5 minutes away from the Kurfürstendamm by foot. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. For your children, there is a free crib. The living room is light and tastefully furnished, with TV and stereo system. The apartment also has a lot of storage room for clothes and luggage. The kitchen is completely equipped as well, with a dishwasher ofcourse, stunningly ideal for self-caterers. Additionally, there is a separate dining restaurant. The bathroom is tiled and has a bathtub. Furthermore, a sunny terrace and a garden invite you to relax and sunbathe. Our guests have internet access (wlan) available. Long-term tenants can use the communal sauna for a fee. You can park your car near the house free of charge.

The holiday apartment is located only 5 minutes from Kürstendamm by foot and the Adenauerplatz, between the Grunewald and the KaDeWe. An ideal starting point to discover Berlin. All articles for daily needs and a washing centre are located nearby, also countless restaurants, cafes, bars, theatre, etc. different high-quality shopping facilities directly by the Kurfürstendamm. Government district, Reichstag, Brandenburger Gate, museums and ICC/exhibition can be reached in a short time. The memorial church and the KaDeWe can be reached quickly on foot. Enjoy the many restaurants and cafes while walking along the Kudamm.

Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang, sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet - alles in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man mittendrin, Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.
Alles perfekt und absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Nach mehreren Aufenthalten in Berlin ist die City-Oase unser absoluter Favorit. Die perfekte Unterkunft, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal.
Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen auf der Terrasse. Wir bedanken uns für den wundervollen Aufenthalt und empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter

Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Ein Idyll mitten in der Großstadt, super sauber und sehr gepflegt und der Garten, in dem wir jeden morgen frühstückten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, so dass man ein Auro wirklich nicht braucht. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, ca. 4 min. zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und den Buslinien. Alles perfekt, vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Lage und Ausstattung sind einfach klasse, es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Bäcker und Lebensmittelläden sind gleich um die Ecke und Parkplätze waren immer am Hause vorhanden. Wir werden beim nächsten Berlinbesuch wieder Ihre Gäste sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Wohnung-super Lage!

Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Mann und zwei Kindern in der wunderbaren city-oase. Die Wohnung ist tiptop gepflegt und super sauber. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist besonders toll zum Relaxen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, in fünf Minuten Fußweg ist man direkt am Kudamm und hat alle Sehenswürdigkeiten vor der Tür.
Toll für unseren Sohn war auch das w-lan!
Das Wohnzimmer ist auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und ich kann die city-oase nur weiter empfehlen!
