Holiday paradise on the stunning Florida west coast on the island of Longboat Key. Stunning, elegant and luxurious complex. For selfcatering there is the kitchen with all necessities and modern devices. Of course, there is a washing machine and dryer avialable. First-class furnishing. Safe and quiet location. Private beach, communal pool and tennis courts are only a few steps away. Countless golf courses nearby. Good restaurants on the island. Shopping facilities nearby, for example on St. Armands Circle. Bike and pedestrian paths lead through the entire length of the island and are very good for jogging and hiking. Fishing is possible directly in front of the complex. Cultural activities, like, for example theater and music events, are a few miles away in the city of Sarasota.

Nearby is a large marine aquarium with the rare manatees. For hiking, there is the nature park on the island. Shopping facilities are available. Different golf courses are located nearby. Private tennis court only a few steps away. For daily excursions, we recommend Bush Gardens in Tampa or the Ringling Museum in Sarasota.
